Refund Policy

Effective October 14, 2026

In one paragraph. We keep what you pay for an SDRs plan. Three billing situations, listed under "Exceptions" below, are the only route to getting a charge back. The demo shows the real outbound workspace before you spend anything, and renewal can be switched off by you in billing settings whenever you choose.

Why charges are final

SDRs is billed per month or per year, and each plan opens the AI outbound workspace to your team within the limits shown on the pricing page. The fee covers access for the period rather than individual prospects, sequences or dials, and that access is complete from day one regardless of how often anyone signs in.

Plan contents are laid out before checkout and the demo runs on the same interface paying teams use, so there is nothing hidden behind the purchase. If the product stops fitting your pipeline, turn off renewal and you will not be billed again.

A subscription is a request for us to start the service immediately. To the extent that a statutory withdrawal right or cooling-off period would otherwise exist, you agree it lapses once the service begins at your request.

Exceptions

We return money in these cases alone, after checking our logs, and never above the charge concerned:

  • Charged twice. An error in our billing took payment two times for one period.
  • Card fraud you can show. Someone bought an SDRs plan with your card without your agreement, it reaches us within 14 days, and the account history and transaction data line up with that. The evidence settles it, not the claim, and we may want proof that your bank has a fraud report from you.
  • Nothing worked. SDRs was entirely unusable for a continuous stretch because of a fault we confirmed on our side, you flagged it while it was happening, and we could not restore it. Slowness, one feature misbehaving, or problems with your own devices, network, sending mailboxes or data are outside this.

A refund is paid back only to the charged card, is capped at the amount for the affected period, and closes our responsibility for that charge. It does not entitle you to any later refund.

Outcomes and situations we do not refund

  • A change of strategy, a paused sales motion, or no further need for an AI SDR.
  • A paid period in which nobody signed in, no sequence went out, or only part of the plan was used.
  • A renewal that cleared, even one that succeeded after earlier declines.
  • Believing the plan was a single charge, when the pricing page, checkout, receipt and billing settings each say it renews.
  • Not getting round to cancelling before the renewal date, or cancelling just after it.
  • Prospecting results such as replies, meetings, inbox placement, or the wording of AI drafted emails and call scripts. Those depend on your offer, your target lists and your market.
  • A capability absent from the pricing page, or one behaving differently from your expectation.
  • Contact lists, sending domains, phone numbers or outside accounts of yours that were unsuitable, flagged, suspended or set up wrongly.
  • Picking the wrong plan, billing term or seat count.
  • Remaining days after cancellation, which stay usable until the period closes and are never pro-rated.
  • Activity by anyone else on your account, teammates who had your login included.

Billing cycle and cancellation

Plans roll over automatically. Billing settings let you cancel at any time without speaking to anyone, every later renewal stops at that moment, and your team keeps the workspace until the paid period ends. Cancelling does not count as asking for a refund.

A new period is yours, and payable, from the second it begins. A declined card leaves the amount outstanding, and the same invoice is retried over the next few days, which is a retry and not a new charge. Cancelling while it is still open stops future periods but not the one already underway, and that renewal is not refunded. Cancel ahead of the renewal date in billing settings if you want to avoid it.

Sending a request

Email [email protected], from the address you log in with, inside the 14 day window that starts on the charge date. List the charge date and amount, and point to the exception that fits. We do not look at requests that arrive late or through other channels.

We work through requests in the order received, without a promised reply time, and we do not reopen a refusal.

Please contact us before your bank. Skipping that step and filing a chargeback is a breach of our Terms of Service, and the SDRs workspace is then shut down for good.

What we can show

Signing up means you agree to our Terms of Service, this Refund Policy being part of them, and to our Privacy Policy. Checkout displays the plan, amount, billing term and automatic renewal before payment, and the receipt and billing settings show them again.

Per subscription we hold the purchase timestamp, the plan and amount displayed, your agreement to the terms, the emails we sent, and a history of account events: sign-ins, sequences, prospects, messages and calls, each logged with its technical metadata. Our payment processor separately records every charge with the issuing country of the card, the origin of the payment and whether 3D Secure verification succeeded.

We use these logs to assess any claim that a charge was unauthorised, and they go to the card issuer if a chargeback is filed, with the account closed as described above.

Subscriptions bought earlier

If your team subscribed before October 14, 2026, the refund wording live on the SDRs site at that moment still governs that subscription.
