An AI SDR Does Everything a Human SDR Does, But Faster, Cheaper, and Around the Clock
Here's the thing about traditional sales development: it's incredibly labor-intensive. You hire a junior rep for $60K-$100K a year (fully loaded with benefits, tools, and management overhead), spend three months ramping them up, and then hope they can generate enough pipeline to justify their cost. Most SDRs handle about 200 prospects per month on a good day. That math doesn't work for most companies.
An AI SDR is software that handles the entire sales development workflow autonomously. We're talking about prospecting, lead research, writing personalized cold emails, sending LinkedIn messages, making follow-up decisions, handling replies, and booking meetings on your calendar. All of it. Without you lifting a finger after the initial setup.
Sdrs is an AI SDR platform built for B2B teams that are tired of overpaying for underwhelming outbound results. Unlike enterprise AI SDR tools that charge $500 to $5,000 per month and require annual contracts, we start at $49/month with no strings attached. You get the same autonomous outreach capabilities, AI-written personalization, multi-step sequences, multi-channel coordination, and automated meeting booking, without the ridiculous price tag.
The best AI SDR software doesn't just send emails. It researches your prospects, finds the right angle for each person, writes messages that sound like a thoughtful human spent 15 minutes crafting them, and then follows up intelligently based on engagement signals. That's what an AI sales development representative should do, and that's exactly what Sdrs delivers.

The AI Sales Agent That Replaces Your Entire SDR Team
Think about what your SDR team actually does all day. They search for prospects, look up contact info, research companies, write emails, send follow-ups, check for replies, qualify responses, and try to book meetings. That's eight distinct tasks, and honestly, most SDRs spend more time on the first five than on the last three, which is where the real value happens.
An AI sales agent handles all eight of those tasks simultaneously, across hundreds or thousands of prospects, without breaks, without sick days, and without the Sunday evening dread that makes your best reps start job hunting. Sdrs works as a virtual sales agent that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, running your outbound playbook with the consistency that no human team can match.
We're not talking about a glorified email blaster here. This is an automated sales representative that actually thinks about each prospect. It pulls recent company news, checks LinkedIn for career updates, analyzes the prospect's tech stack, and uses all of that context to write outreach that feels personal. When someone replies, the AI sales bot reads the response, classifies the intent (interested, objection, out of office, not now), and takes the appropriate next action automatically.
The result? Your sales pipeline fills up while you sleep. Your AI sales rep books meetings that show up on your calendar with full context about the prospect, their company, and every touchpoint that led to the booking. You walk into each call prepared, and all you had to do was set up the campaign once.
From Zero to Booked Meeting in 3 Steps
Set up your first campaign in under 60 seconds. No training required, no ramp time, no complicated workflows to build. Just describe what you want and the AI does the rest.
Describe Your ICP
Tell us who your ideal customer is in plain English. Say something like "VP of Marketing at B2B SaaS companies with 50-200 employees that recently raised Series B." Our AI translates that into precise search filters and searches public company sources for matching people and verifies every email before it reaches your list. No boolean strings, no complex filters, just describe who you want to reach and we'll find them.
AI Writes Your Outreach
For each prospect, the AI researches their company, recent news, LinkedIn activity, and role responsibilities. Then it writes a personalized multi-step sequence, initial email, follow-ups, LinkedIn messages, where every message references something specific about that person. No generic templates. No "I noticed your company is doing great things." Real personalization that gets replies.
Meetings Land on Your Calendar
The AI handles the entire reply management process. When a prospect responds positively, it suggests meeting times and sends your calendar link. When someone objects, it addresses the concern intelligently. When they're out of office, it queues a follow-up for when they return. You wake up to booked meetings with full conversation context. Focus on closing, the AI handles everything else.
Built for Every Outbound Use Case
Whether you're a solo founder, a growing sales org, or an agency running campaigns for clients, Sdrs adapts to your workflow.
Startup Founders Filling Their Pipeline
You're building a product, managing a small team, talking to investors, and somehow you're also supposed to be doing outbound sales? That's the reality for most startup founders, and it's brutal. You know you need pipeline, but you can't afford an $80K SDR, and the agencies you've talked to want $5K/month minimums with 6-month contracts.
Sdrs was built for exactly this situation. For $49/month, less than your Slack subscription, you get an AI SDR for startups that runs automated outreach campaigns while you focus on product and closing. Describe your ideal customer profile, tell the AI what you're selling, and launch a campaign in under a minute. The AI finds matching prospects, writes personalized emails based on each person's role and company, and sends multi-step sequences that feel human.
Here's a real scenario: say you're building a DevOps monitoring tool and you want to reach engineering leaders at mid-size SaaS companies. You type that into Sdrs, and within seconds you have a list of 500 CTOs and VPs of Engineering at companies with 50-200 employees. The AI writes each person a unique email mentioning their specific tech stack, a recent blog post they wrote, or a job opening that suggests they're scaling. You review the copy, hit launch, and go back to building your product. Meetings start appearing on your calendar within a week.
Sales Teams Scaling Outbound Without Hiring
You're a VP of Sales with a team of 5 SDRs costing you $400K+ per year in fully-loaded comp. They're producing decent results, maybe 80 meetings per month total, but your board wants 3x pipeline growth next quarter. Hiring 10 more SDRs would cost another $800K, take 3 months to ramp, and your HR team is already overwhelmed. There has to be a better way.
With Sdrs, you can augment your existing team with AI agents that handle the high-volume, repetitive parts of outbound while your human SDRs focus on warm follow-ups and complex enterprise prospects. Think of it as giving each of your reps a tireless assistant that does all the prospecting, initial outreach, and follow-up grunt work. Your team's output goes from 80 meetings to 250+ meetings per month without adding a single headcount.
The platform integrates directly with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive so every lead, touchpoint, and meeting flows into your existing CRM. Your AEs get full context on every booked meeting, the prospect's company info, what messages were sent, how they engaged, and what they said in their reply. No more "who is this person and why are they on my calendar?" moments. Just well-qualified meetings with all the context your closers need to win.
Agencies Offering Lead Gen as a Service
Running a B2B lead generation agency is a margin game. Every client wants dedicated SDR effort, but hiring and training SDRs for each client account kills your profitability. You've probably tried offshore SDR teams, VA services, and every email automation tool on the market. The problem is always the same: either the quality is terrible, or the cost structure doesn't work at scale.
Sdrs gives agencies a multi-client workspace where you can run parallel campaigns for different brands from one dashboard. Each client gets their own sending infrastructure, custom messaging, and separate analytics, but you manage everything centrally. The AI handles the prospect research and message writing, so your team can manage 20+ client accounts instead of 5.
One agency managing director told us his margins went from 30% to 65% after switching to Sdrs. He was running campaigns for 8 clients, each previously requiring a dedicated junior rep. Now his team of 3 strategists manages all 8 accounts using the AI to handle the actual outreach execution. The quality of messages actually improved because the AI does deeper prospect research than his junior reps ever did. And when a new client signs up, onboarding takes hours instead of months.
Recruiters Sourcing Candidates at Scale
Technical recruiting is just sales with a different label. You're prospecting passive candidates, writing personalized outreach, following up persistently, and trying to book conversations. The challenge? Top engineering talent gets 10-20 recruiter messages per week, so generic LinkedIn InMails get ignored. You need personalization at scale, and that's exactly what most recruiting tools fail to deliver.
Sdrs lets recruiters search for candidates by role, skills, location, and company attributes, then sends personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn simultaneously. The AI reads each candidate's profile, recent GitHub contributions, conference talks, or blog posts, and crafts a message that shows you actually know who they are. It's the difference between "I have an exciting opportunity" and "I saw your talk at ReactConf about server components, our team at [company] is building exactly that at scale, and I think you'd love the challenge."
The multi-channel sequences combine LinkedIn connection requests with email follow-ups, so you're reaching candidates wherever they're most responsive. Smart scheduling ensures messages go out at optimal times, and automated follow-ups keep the conversation alive without you manually tracking hundreds of candidate pipelines.
SaaS Companies Driving Signups
Product-led growth is great until you realize that not everyone who would benefit from your product is going to find it through Google or Product Hunt. Outbound is how you proactively reach the exact companies and roles that match your ideal customer profile, people who need your product but haven't heard of it yet.
Sdrs helps SaaS companies run targeted outreach campaigns that drive prospects directly to signup pages, onboarding flows, or demo requests. The AI identifies companies that match your ICP criteria (industry, size, tech stack, funding stage) and reaches out to the right decision-makers with personalized messages that explain exactly why your product solves their specific problem.
Say you've built a data visualization tool for product teams. You can target product managers at SaaS companies with 100-500 employees who are currently using legacy BI tools like Tableau or Looker. The AI writes emails that reference their specific analytics challenges, mention competitors who've already switched, and include a direct link to start a trial. It's outbound that feels inbound because every message is relevant to the recipient's actual situation.
Consultants and Freelancers Finding Clients
Independent consultants and freelancers face a unique challenge: you're the product and the salesperson at the same time. Every hour you spend on business development is an hour you're not billing. But if you stop prospecting, your pipeline dries up in 60 days and you're scrambling for work. It's the classic feast-or-famine cycle that every independent professional knows too well.
Sdrs keeps your pipeline full without consuming your billable hours. Set up a campaign describing your target clients, maybe it's "CMOs at e-commerce companies with $10M-$50M revenue who are struggling with customer acquisition costs", and let the AI do the outreach. It finds the right people, writes messages that position your expertise against their specific pain points, and handles the back-and-forth until a meeting is booked.
The key in lead generation for consultants is credibility in every touchpoint. The AI doesn't send generic pitches. It references the prospect's recent earnings call, a blog post they published, or a strategic initiative their company announced. That level of homework signals that you're a serious professional, not a mass-email spammer. And because the AI handles all of this research and writing automatically, you can run these campaigns while you're knee-deep in client work.

Cold Email Automation That Actually Converts
Let's be honest about the state of cold email in 2026. Most cold email software lets you upload a CSV, write a template with a few merge fields, and blast it out to thousands of people. The result? A 2-3% reply rate if you're lucky, a destroyed sender reputation if you're not, and a CAN-SPAM violation waiting to happen. That's not cold email automation, that's spam automation with extra steps.
Sdrs approaches cold email completely differently. Instead of starting with a template and swapping in names, our AI starts with the prospect. It reads their LinkedIn profile, checks their company's recent news and funding, identifies their likely pain points based on their role and industry, and then writes a completely original email for that specific person. The subject line, the opening hook, the value proposition, the call-to-action, every element is crafted for that individual.
Generic template blasts typically land 1-3% reply rates. Research-led personalization moves those numbers because when an email references something specific about the recipient, their recent product launch, a conference talk they gave, a LinkedIn post they wrote, it doesn't feel like cold email. It feels like a warm introduction from someone who did their homework.
But great cold email personalization is only half the battle. Deliverability determines whether your messages even reach the inbox. Sdrs includes a built-in warm-up ramp: a new mailbox sends 15 emails on its first day and 5 more each day after that, up to the daily limit you set. We check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for every connected mailbox, show bounce rates per mailbox, and pause a mailbox automatically when bounces pass 5% over the last 7 days. Sending rotates between your connected email accounts and stays inside business hours in the campaign time zone.
Every campaign includes automatic A/B testing on subject lines and email body variants. The AI generates multiple versions of each message and tracks which approaches get the best engagement with your specific audience. Over time, your campaigns get smarter because the AI learns what resonates. It's a cold email tool that actually improves the more you use it, not just a static template machine that sends the same messages forever.

Multichannel Outbound Sales on Autopilot
Sending cold emails alone isn't enough anymore. Buyers are drowning in email, and the most effective outbound sales automation strategies use multiple touchpoints across different channels. Think about your own inbox, you probably ignore most cold emails, but if someone also sent you a thoughtful LinkedIn message and then followed up with a relevant Twitter DM, you'd notice. That's the power of multichannel sales outreach, and it's what separates mediocre pipelines from great ones.
Sdrs lets you build coordinated sequences that combine cold email, LinkedIn connection requests, LinkedIn messages, Twitter DMs, and AI-powered cold calls into a single sequence. Email steps and AI calls run on their own. LinkedIn and X steps land in your Today's LinkedIn and X tasks queue on the right day with a message the AI already wrote for that prospect: copy it, open the profile, send it from your own account, and mark it done. Your accounts stay safe because nothing posts to LinkedIn or X on your behalf.
The sequence keeps track of every person. A LinkedIn step scheduled for day 3 comes due three days after the previous email went out, with a connection note that references that email. A reply, an unsubscribe or a stopped lead cancels the steps still waiting, so nobody gets chased after they answered. Every finished task counts in the step statistics next to your email numbers.
For teams ready for the next level, our AI cold calling software on the Pro plan adds voice outreach to the mix. A natural-sounding AI voice agent calls your prospects, introduces itself, handles basic objections, and either books a meeting on the spot or schedules a callback. The calls are recorded and transcribed so you can review every conversation. It's a full multichannel outreach tool that covers every possible way to reach a B2B prospect, all managed from one dashboard.
B2B Lead Generation Built Into Your Outreach
Most B2B lead generation software makes you pay for data in one tool and outreach in another. Sdrs combines both so your workflow is seamless, find prospects and reach them from the same platform.
AI-Powered Prospecting That Understands Natural Language
Forget boolean search strings and endless filter dropdowns. With Sdrs, you describe your ideal customer the way you'd describe them to a colleague: "Marketing directors at e-commerce companies with $5M-$50M revenue in the US who use Shopify." Our AI prospecting tool translates that into search parameters and returns verified contacts that match, complete with email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, company data, and enrichment context.
The B2B prospecting tool searches public sources (company websites and the open web) for people who match your ideal customer profile and verifies every address in real time. Every email address is checked before it's added to your campaign, which means fewer bounces and better deliverability. Unlike standalone lead generation automation tools that just hand you a spreadsheet, Sdrs feeds these leads directly into your outreach campaigns with all the enrichment data the AI needs to write personalized messages.
Intent Signals That Prioritize Hot Leads
Not all leads are created equal. Our AI lead generation engine identifies buying intent signals, recent job changes, new funding rounds, technology adoptions, hiring sprees, and company announcements, that indicate a prospect is more likely to buy right now. High-intent leads get prioritized in your campaigns and receive the most personalized outreach, so you're focusing your energy where it matters most. It's automated lead generation that's actually intelligent about who to target first.
Deep Company Enrichment
Every prospect is enriched with comprehensive company data: funding history, employee count, technology stack, recent news, and industry classification. This context powers the AI's personalization engine, making every outreach message reference something real and relevant about the recipient's company. You don't need a separate enrichment tool, it's all built in.
From First Touch to Booked Meeting, Fully Automated
Here's what the full pipeline looks like with Sdrs: you define your ICP, the AI discovers matching prospects with verified contact data, writes personalized multi-channel sequences for each one, sends the outreach on an optimized schedule, monitors for replies, classifies responses using NLP (interested, objection, out of office, not now), handles follow-up conversations, and books meetings directly on your calendar with your availability link.
That's the entire sales development workflow, from lead discovery to automated meeting booking, running without human intervention. Your AEs wake up to qualified meetings with full conversation context. The sales pipeline automation runs 24/7, which means you're booking meetings while your competitors' SDRs are sleeping. Every touchpoint is tracked and attributed, so you know exactly which campaigns, channels, and messages drive the most pipeline. It's how you automate sales prospecting without sacrificing quality.
Every Feature Your Sales Team Needs
No add-ons, no upsells for basic functionality. Everything below is included.
AI Message Writer
Why does this matter? Because the difference between a 2% reply rate and a 12% reply rate comes down to personalization quality. Our AI doesn't just swap in {{first_name}} and call it personalized. It reads the prospect's LinkedIn profile, finds their recent posts, checks their company's news feed, and identifies the specific angle that will resonate with that individual. Every email reads like someone spent 15 minutes researching the recipient, because the AI actually did.
The AI email writer for sales generates complete sequences: initial outreach, value-add follow-ups, social proof messages, and break-up emails. You can review and edit everything before sending, or let the AI run on autopilot. Each campaign includes multiple copy variants for automatic A/B testing so the system continuously improves its messaging based on real engagement data.
Smart Meeting Scheduling
Why does this matter? Because the biggest drop-off in outbound sales happens between "the prospect said yes" and "the meeting actually got booked." With manual processes, there's always a delay, the SDR has to see the reply, send availability, wait for a response, send a calendar invite, hope there are no conflicts. Sdrs eliminates all of that friction.
When the AI detects a positive reply, it immediately responds with your available time slots, handles timezone conversions, and sends a calendar invite the moment the prospect picks a time. If you use Google Calendar or Outlook, it reads your real availability so there are no double-bookings. The AI meeting scheduler for sales reduces the time from "interested reply" to "booked meeting" from days to minutes. You literally wake up to new meetings on your calendar.
Campaign Analytics
Why does this matter? Because you can't improve what you don't measure, and most outbound teams are flying blind. They know how many emails they sent, maybe how many opened, but they have no idea which messages, which audiences, or which channels are actually driving meetings. You end up making decisions based on gut feeling rather than data.
Sdrs gives you granular analytics across every dimension: open rates by subject line variant, reply rates by ICP segment, conversion rates by channel, time-to-meeting by campaign type, and cost-per-meeting by overall spend. You can see which prospect attributes correlate with positive replies, which day and time combinations get the best engagement, and which messaging angles resonate with different audiences. It's the kind of data that turns outbound from an art into a science.
Email Deliverability Engine
Why does this matter? Because the best email in the world is worthless if it lands in spam. Email providers like Google and Microsoft have made their spam filters significantly more aggressive over the past two years. Bulk sending from a single domain, sending too many emails too fast, or using spammy language will get your domain blacklisted. And once you're blacklisted, recovery takes weeks or months.
Sdrs protects your sender reputation with a warm-up ramp (15 emails on day one, 5 more each day up to your mailbox limit), a deliverability report for each mailbox with its bounce rate, an automatic pause when bounces pass 5% over 7 days, and rotation across your connected email accounts. We validate SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings and alert you if anything is misconfigured. The system also analyzes your email content for spam trigger words and phrases before sending. Your deliverability stays healthy because we're proactive about protecting it.
AI Voice Agent
Why does this matter? Because some prospects simply don't respond to email or LinkedIn. They're too busy, their inbox is too crowded, or they're the type who prefers a quick phone conversation. Our AI cold calling software adds voice to your multichannel mix, using a natural-sounding AI voice that can hold a real conversation with your prospect.
The AI voice agent introduces itself, explains why it's calling, handles common objections ("I'm not interested" / "Can you send me an email?" / "Who are you?"), and either books a meeting on the spot or schedules a callback at a better time. Every call is recorded and transcribed, and the AI logs detailed notes about the conversation outcome. Available on the Pro plan, it's the closest thing to having a tireless human caller working your pipeline 24/7.
CRM Integration
Why does this matter? Because your outbound data is useless if it lives in a silo. Your AEs need to see the full conversation history when they hop on a call. Your marketing team needs to know which accounts are being worked by outbound so they can coordinate. Your RevOps manager needs unified pipeline data for forecasting.
Sdrs syncs bidirectionally with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. Contacts from your CRM come in as leads, skipping anyone on your do-not-contact list, and every sent email, reply and booked meeting is logged back on the matching CRM record. The sync runs every 15 minutes, so your AEs see the full conversation history without manual data entry or CSV exports.

Here's the honest truth: if you're an enterprise company with 500+ employees and a $45,000-plus annual budget for AI SDR tooling, 11x.ai or Artisan might be worth evaluating. They offer white-glove onboarding, dedicated support teams, and enterprise security features that large organizations require. Our 11x alternative comparison lays out where 11x still wins, and the AI SDR pricing breakdown shows what every major vendor charges. Comparing a specific quote? See the Artisan AI alternatives with prices and the AiSDR pricing plans checked on each vendor's page.
But if you're a startup, a growing sales team, a solo consultant, or an agency looking for an Apollo alternative, an Instantly alternative with leads included, a lemlist alternative without per-seat pricing, a Smartlead alternative that writes and sends for you, an Amplemarket alternative without an annual term, a Seamless AI alternative with a published price, a ZoomInfo alternative you can pay monthly, a Lusha alternative with outreach included, a Saleshandy alternative that runs the campaigns for you, a Monaco alternative without a $10,000 upfront commit, or a Reply.io alternative that doesn't break the bank, Sdrs is built for you. We give you the same AI-powered outreach automation that enterprise tools charge thousands for, starting at $49/month with no contracts and no mandatory sales calls to get started. Service firms get their own playbooks too: IT lead generation services for consultancies and software shops, MSP lead generation software and MSP appointment setting for managed service providers, and staffing agency leads for recruiters, and lead generation for marketing agencies for SEO, paid media and creative shops, and SaaS lead generation for software companies booking demos, and commercial cleaning leads for janitorial companies booking walkthroughs with facility managers, and freight broker leads for brokerages booking calls with shippers, and commercial insurance leads for agents booking coverage reviews with business owners, and manufacturing lead generation for contract manufacturers and industrial suppliers booking calls with OEM engineers and buyers, and bookkeeping leads for bookkeeping firms booking discovery calls with small business owners, and commercial solar leads for installers booking feasibility calls with building owners and CFOs, web design leads for agencies and developers booking website discovery calls, and commercial roofing leads for contractors booking roof assessments with property and facility managers, and commercial HVAC leads for mechanical contractors selling maintenance agreements, and payroll leads for payroll bureaus and PEOs booking discovery calls with business owners and CFOs, and commercial painting leads for painting contractors booking walkthroughs with property managers. Any B2B team that just needs first meetings on the calendar can run Sdrs as an AI appointment setter, and teams replacing BDR headcount use it as AI BDR software that prospects, follows up and books the meeting. If you were about to hire a remote rep or sign with one of the outsourced SDR companies, compare that quote with a virtual SDR that costs a flat monthly fee.
The biggest AiSDR alternative advantage we offer is accessibility. Most AI SDR tools on the market are priced for well-funded sales organizations. We believe every B2B company deserves access to intelligent outbound automation, which is why we built Sdrs with a genuinely useful starter tier and transparent pricing. No hidden fees, no per-seat charges on lower tiers, and every plan, Enterprise included, has its price on the page. What you see is what you pay.

Built for Sales Teams That Want Results, Not Busywork
Sdrs was designed by a team that's lived the pain of manual outbound. Here's what we built differently.
For Solo Founders
You're wearing every hat in the company. Product, engineering, customer success, fundraising, and somehow sales too. Sdrs is the AI SDR for startups that lets you run sophisticated outbound campaigns without taking your focus off building. Set it up once, and your pipeline fills in the background. At $49/month, it costs less than a team lunch. The ROI on even a single booked meeting pays for months of the subscription.
For Growing Sales Orgs
Your board wants 3x pipeline but won't approve 3x headcount. Sdrs lets you scale outbound volume exponentially without linear cost increases. Give each AE an AI SDR that handles all prospecting and initial outreach. Your human reps focus on warm follow-ups, complex deals, and the high-touch interactions that actually require a person. It's how you replace SDR headcount with AI without losing pipeline quality.
For Revenue Operations
You care about metrics: cost-per-meeting, conversion rates by channel, attribution accuracy, and CRM data hygiene. Sdrs gives you clean, structured data that flows directly into your CRM with full attribution. Every touchpoint is logged, every engagement is tracked, and every meeting is attributed to the campaign, channel, and message variant that drove it. Finally, outbound data you can actually trust for forecasting.

Frequently Asked Questions
A human SDR costs $60K-$100K per year fully loaded with benefits, tools, management overhead, and office space. They take 2-3 months to ramp up, work 8 hours a day, take vacations, have sick days, and can realistically handle about 200 prospects per month. Sdrs costs $49 to $998 a month depending on your plan (half that billed annually), is productive from minute one, works 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and can manage thousands of personalized outreach messages daily across multiple channels simultaneously. The AI doesn't get tired, doesn't have bad days, and doesn't quit after 14 months to join a competitor. That said, we're not suggesting you fire your entire team. The best results come from using Sdrs to handle the high-volume prospecting and initial outreach while your human reps focus on warm follow-ups, complex enterprise deals, and the relationship-building that still benefits from a human touch.
No. Our AI researches each prospect individually and writes messages that reference specific, verifiable details about them and their company. We're talking about their recent product launch, a conference talk they gave, a LinkedIn post they published, their company's latest funding round, or a job opening that suggests they're scaling a particular team. The messages are indistinguishable from a well-prepared human SDR's outreach. We regularly audit outgoing messages for quality and have never had a recipient identify our AI as non-human based on message content alone. The replies we see are normal business conversations, not complaints about automation.
Yes. You can use the interactive demo right here on this page without even creating an account. Build a sample campaign, see how the AI generates sequences and finds leads, and explore the full dashboard. Signing up adds a one-time demo allowance on your own account, no card required, so you can try the workflow end to end before you pick a plan. There is no free plan after that: Starter is $49 a month and every plan is cancellable at any time.
Yes. On the Plus plan and above, Sdrs integrates bidirectionally with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. All lead data, engagement activity, reply content, and booked meetings sync automatically. Contacts on your do-not-contact list are skipped on import, so opted-out prospects never enter a sequence. Setup takes about 5 minutes: create a private app token or API key in your CRM, paste it on the Integrations page and click Connect. From then on the sync runs every 15 minutes. No CSV exports, no manual data entry.
We take deliverability extremely seriously because a blacklisted domain hurts both you and our reputation. Sdrs includes a warm-up ramp for every new mailbox: 15 emails on the first day and 5 more each day after that, up to the daily limit you set. We check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for each connected mailbox and tell you exactly which record to fix, show the bounce rate per mailbox, and pause a mailbox automatically when bounces pass 5% over the last 7 days. Messages are distributed across your connected email accounts during business hours in the campaign time zone. We also analyze outgoing content for spam trigger phrases and warn you before sending.
Available on the Pro plan, the AI voice agent places outbound calls using a natural-sounding voice. It introduces itself, explains why it's calling (referencing real context about the prospect's company), handles common objections conversationally, and either books a meeting on the spot or schedules a callback. Every call is recorded and transcribed with detailed AI-generated notes about the conversation outcome, sentiment, and any action items. You can review calls, provide feedback to improve the AI's approach, and use call recordings for coaching. The AI cold calling software works within your existing multichannel sequences, so a prospect might receive an email first, then a LinkedIn message, then a phone call, all coordinated automatically.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Email credentials are stored in encrypted vaults and never logged in plaintext. We're GDPR compliant with built-in do-not-contact list management, automatic suppression, and proper opt-out handling. For enterprise customers, we provide SOC 2 Type II compliance documentation and support SSO/SAML authentication. We never sell, share, or use your data to train models for other customers. Your prospect data, campaign data, and analytics belong to you exclusively. If you ever leave, we provide full data export and delete your data upon request.
Those tools are excellent at what they do, and we respect them. Here's the honest comparison: Apollo is primarily a data platform with good email sequencing, great if you want a massive contact database but aren't looking for autonomous AI outreach. Instantly focuses on email deliverability and cold email at scale, solid choice if email is your only channel. Reply.io offers multichannel automation with good LinkedIn integration but at a higher price point. Sdrs combines all three: a built-in lead database, advanced AI-powered personalization, multichannel sequencing (including AI voice calls), and autonomous campaign management, starting at $49/month. The main difference is that Sdrs is designed to be fully autonomous. You set up the campaign, and the AI handles everything from prospecting to meeting booking without ongoing manual intervention. If you're looking for an Apollo alternative, Instantly alternative, or Reply.io alternative that's more affordable and more automated, Sdrs is worth trying.
Yes. On the Plus plan and above, you can add LinkedIn steps (connection requests with a personalized note and follow-up messages) to any sequence. Sdrs does not log in to LinkedIn or send anything for you, because LinkedIn prohibits automation on personal accounts and a ban would cost you the account. Instead, each due step appears in your Today's LinkedIn and X tasks queue with the message already written for that prospect: click Copy message, Open profile, send it yourself, then Mark as done. The AI writes LinkedIn messages in the platform's shorter, conversational tone, and the steps are timed against your emails, for example an email on day 0 and a connection request on day 3 if there is no reply.
Results depend on your industry, how tightly you define your ICP, and how relevant the offer is. Campaigns start sending the day you launch them, and replies usually start coming in within the first week. As a planning benchmark, well-targeted B2B cold outreach tends to convert around 1-3% of contacted prospects into booked meetings, so 1,000 prospects a month is a realistic starting point for 10 to 30 meetings. Your dashboard shows open, reply, and meeting rates for every campaign, so you can see exactly what your own list is producing instead of relying on averages.
Yes. The Starter plan includes 3 team members, Plus includes 5, and Pro offers unlimited team members with role-based permissions. Every team member gets their own login and can manage their own campaigns, but all activity rolls up to a shared team dashboard. Admins can view all campaigns, manage connected email accounts, and access team-wide analytics. For agencies running multi-client campaigns, the Pro plan's multi-brand workspace feature lets you separate clients into distinct workspaces with their own branding, sending infrastructure, and analytics, all managed from a single master account.
