The short answer: Lemlist pricing starts at $69 a month for the Email plan on monthly billing, or $55 a month billed yearly, which covers unlimited users and up to 50,000 emails a month. Higher email volumes cost $89 to $659 a month. The Multichannel plan, which adds LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp automation, costs $109 per user a month ($87 billed yearly). Lead data is a separate add-on from $20 a month for 2,000 credits. If you want the list, the writing, the follow-up and the booking in one monthly price, Sdrs runs AI outbound from $49 a month with no annual term.
Lemlist is a well known cold outreach platform built by lempire. Its pricing has two shapes: the Email plan is sized by monthly email volume with unlimited users, while Multichannel is priced per user. The prices below come from lemlist's own pricing page as published on October 1, 2026. Where a number is our calculation rather than a published price, we say so.
Lemlist pricing plans at a glance
Lemlist sells three engagement plans (Email, Multichannel and Enterprise), each billed monthly, quarterly (about 10% off) or yearly (about 20% off), plus two data add-ons.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Quarterly, per month | Yearly, per month | Priced by |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| From $69 | From $62 | From $55 | Emails per month, unlimited users | |
| Multichannel | $109 | $99 | $87 | Per user, 5 senders each |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Talk to sales |
Every plan includes the 650 million plus lead database, the email and phone number finder (paid with credits), lemwarm warmup and the deliverability hub, CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, the API, and lemlist's AI agents for signals, enrichment and messaging.
Lemlist Email plan pricing by volume
The Email plan has no seat limit. You pick a monthly sending volume, and the price moves with it.
| Emails per month | Monthly billing | Quarterly, per month | Yearly, per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50,000 | $69 | $62 | $55 |
| 100,000 | $89 | $80 | $71 |
| 200,000 | $159 | $143 | $127 |
| 500,000 | $359 | $323 | $287 |
| 1,000,000 | $659 | $593 | $527 |
For most small B2B teams the 50,000 tier is far more than enough. A team sending 300 cold emails a day on weekdays uses about 6,500 a month, so the volume ceiling rarely forces an upgrade. The real limit is how many warmed mailboxes you can send from safely.
Lemlist Multichannel pricing
Multichannel costs $109 per user a month on monthly billing, $99 quarterly and $87 yearly. Each user gets five senders and unlimited emails and messages, plus LinkedIn automation (profile visits, invites, messages and voice notes), SMS automation, a built-in dialer with VoIP, and the Gmail and LinkedIn extensions. WhatsApp automation is a paid add-on on top.
Because Multichannel is per user, it scales with headcount. A team of three reps pays $327 a month on monthly billing, or $261 a month billed yearly ($3,132 upfront). Lemlist points teams of five or more toward Enterprise, which adds SSO, custom roles, a dedicated account manager and custom terms.
Lemlist data add-ons and credits
Finding emails and phone numbers costs credits, sold as monthly add-ons:
| Add-on | Monthly billing | Yearly, per month | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead data enrichment | $20 | $16 | 2,000 credits a month, about 400 emails or 100 phone numbers |
| Buying intent signals | $29 | $21 | 100 signals a month |
You only pay credits for successful results, and unused credits roll over while your subscription is active. The 2,000 credit pack is the entry tier: 400 verified emails a month is a thin list for daily outreach, so most teams prospecting at volume buy more credits or bring leads from another data provider.
How much does lemlist really cost per month?
A working lemlist setup for one small team usually costs $90 to $350 a month in subscriptions, plus mailboxes, domains and the time of whoever runs the campaigns. These are our calculations from the published prices, monthly billing.
| Setup | Lemlist subscriptions | Also needed |
|---|---|---|
| Founder, email only, own lead list | $69 (Email 50k) | Sending domains and mailboxes |
| Founder, email only, needs leads | $89 (Email $69 + data $20) | More credits if you need over 400 emails a month |
| One rep, email + LinkedIn + calls | $129 (Multichannel $109 + data $20) | Mailboxes, a LinkedIn account, call time |
| Three reps, multichannel, with signals | $376 (3 x $109 + $20 + $29) | Mailboxes per rep, someone to manage campaigns |
The software is rarely the biggest line. Each sending mailbox is its own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription, secondary domains renew every year, and someone has to choose the audience, write and test sequences, handle replies and book meetings. Even ten hours a week of a $30 an hour operator is about $1,300 a month, several times the lemlist bill.
Is lemlist cheaper on annual billing?
Yes. Yearly billing takes about 20% off every plan ($69 becomes $55, $109 per user becomes $87), and quarterly billing takes about 10% off. The catch is the upfront payment: a single Multichannel seat on yearly billing is $1,044 at once. Run at least a month on monthly billing first, because cold outreach results depend heavily on your list and offer, and a prepaid year does not fix either.
Does lemlist have a free trial?
Lemlist offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial includes the Multichannel features except in-app calls, plus 200 credits to find emails and phone numbers and test buying signals. That is enough to set up a campaign and check deliverability, not enough to judge reply rates on a real list.
Lemlist vs Sdrs pricing
Lemlist and Sdrs overlap on cold email and LinkedIn but sell different jobs. Lemlist is an outreach platform you operate. Sdrs is an AI SDR that finds the prospects, researches each one, writes the sequence and books the meeting, with you approving the messages. Figures come from each vendor's pricing page in October 2026.
| Lemlist | Sdrs | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | $69/mo Email, $109 per user Multichannel | $49/mo Starter, $149/mo Plus |
| Leads | 650M+ database, emails and phones paid with credits from $20/mo (about 400 emails) | 500 leads a day with verified emails on Starter, 2,000 with phone numbers on Plus |
| Channels | Email; LinkedIn, calls, SMS on Multichannel; WhatsApp add-on | Email on Starter; email, LinkedIn and X DMs plus call scripts on Plus |
| Who writes and runs campaigns | You, with AI messaging help and lemAgent | The AI drafts and runs them, you approve |
| Meeting booking | You handle replies in the unified inbox | Positive reply detection with calendar link on Plus |
| Seats | Email plan unlimited users; Multichannel per user | Flat plan price |
| Contract | Monthly, quarterly or yearly | Monthly or annual, cancel anytime |
Where lemlist wins. If you have reps who like building sequences by hand, want WhatsApp or SMS steps, or need deep personalization with custom images and Liquid syntax, lemlist is one of the most capable tools in the category. The unlimited-user Email plan is also a strong deal for agencies with many people sending from one workspace.
Where Sdrs wins. If nobody on your team has time to build lists, write sequences and chase replies, you are paying for software plus labor, and an AI appointment setter that books the calls itself removes the labor line. Sdrs Starter at $49 includes far more leads than lemlist's $20 credit pack, and Plus at $149 adds LinkedIn, phone numbers, call scripts and meeting booking for about the price of one Multichannel seat with data.

Hidden costs to budget for with lemlist
Credits for real list sizes. At about five credits per email found and twenty per phone number, a campaign of 1,000 new contacts a month with emails needs roughly 5,000 credits, more than double the entry pack.
Per-user growth. Multichannel is per seat, so adding reps adds $87 to $109 each per month. Plan headcount before you commit to a yearly term.
Mailboxes and domains. Five senders per user means five mailboxes to pay for and warm up. Budget for the mailbox subscriptions and domain renewals on top of lemlist.
Integration work. Lemlist connects natively to the big CRMs, plus Zapier, Make, n8n and Clay. If your stack includes a homegrown database or an ERP, budget time to sync contacts and activity between your apps so replies and meetings land where your team works.
Your own time. Building ICP lists, writing variations and working the inbox is the largest real cost of any self-run outreach tool. That is the line an AI BDR that runs outreach for you removes.
Who should pay for lemlist, and who should not
Lemlist is a strong buy for SDR teams and agencies that already run outbound, have someone who enjoys building sequences, and want multichannel steps with a lot of creative control. For them, $87 to $109 per seat is reasonable for what the platform does.
It is a weaker fit for a founder or small B2B company that wants meetings, not a tool. If the goal is booked calls with, say, IT directors, plant managers or agency owners, and nobody will run the campaigns every week, compare the total cost with an AI SDR or an agency. Our guide to appointment setting services cost shows what the done-for-you options charge per meeting.
