Reply.io publishes most of its prices, which is rare in this category and why buyers search for them. The figures below are from Reply.io's pricing page as captured in mid September 2026. Reply changes packaging often, so confirm the plan you pick on its site before you sign.

An "active contact" in Reply's terms is a unique person who gets a first-step email in a given month. Follow-ups to that person do not count again, so the contact band is effectively the number of new prospects you can start each month.
How much does Reply.io cost per month?
Reply.io costs $49 to $99 per user per month for its sequencing plans and $500 to $5,000 a month for its Jason AI SDR, depending on the contact volume and whether you pay annually or monthly. A single rep on Email Volume pays $588 a year. A small team on Multichannel with three users pays $3,204 a year on annual billing or $3,564 month to month.
The Email Volume plan scales by contacts, not seats, once you pass 5,000 contacts a month: it moves from $89 per user to a flat $159 a month for 10,000 contacts with unlimited users, then $259 for 25,000, $459 for 50,000 and $899 for 100,000 on annual billing. Above that, Reply quotes. That structure makes it cheap for a high-volume sender with a clean list, and expensive for a team that wants several people with LinkedIn seats each.
How much does Jason AI cost?
Jason AI, Reply.io's AI SDR, costs $500 a month for 1,000 active contacts on annual billing, which is $6,000 a year upfront. Monthly billing on the same tier is $800. The Growth tier runs $1,500 a month for 5,000 contacts annually or $2,500 monthly, and 10,000 contacts cost $3,000 annually or $5,000 monthly. That works out to roughly $0.30 to $0.80 per new contact.
Jason bundles what the sequencing plans sell separately: real-time contact search, intent signals, AI-written personalization, AI-handled replies, unlimited mailboxes with warm-up, and a choice of autopilot or copilot mode where you approve messages first. For agencies, the Agency AI SDR plan charges $500 a month per client workspace.
Reply.io add-ons and hidden costs
- LinkedIn automation: $69 a month per LinkedIn account on Email Volume and Agency Core. A team of four reps with LinkedIn adds $3,312 a year.
- Calls and SMS: $29 a month per account where it is not included.
- Data credits: the sequencing plans include 50 live data credits a month, which is enough to look up a handful of prospects, not to build a list. More credits are a separate add-on, sold in packs from 200 to 10,000 a month.
- Mailboxes and domains: extra mailboxes on Multichannel are $29 a month each. A new sending domain starts at $6 a year plus $5 a mailbox a month, and pre-warmed domains start at $25 a year plus $15 a mailbox a month.
- Email validation: sold as a separate monthly add-on by volume.
- Annual prepay: the lowest Jason AI price assumes you pay for twelve months. If the first campaign does not work, you have still bought the year.
Put together, the real bill is often two or three times the headline price. A three-person team on Email Volume at 2,000 contacts with LinkedIn for each rep and a data pack lands well above $4,000 a year before any AI SDR is added.
Reply.io vs Sdrs pricing
| Reply.io | Sdrs | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | $49 per user/mo (annual), email only | $49/mo, up to 3 team members |
| AI SDR entry | Jason AI from $500/mo annual, $800 monthly | Included from Starter; full autopilot on Pro at $499/mo |
| Prospect data | 50 credits/mo, more as an add-on | 500 verified leads a day on Starter, 2,000 on Plus with phone numbers |
| $69/mo per account on Email Volume | Included on Plus ($149/mo) with X messages | |
| CRM sync | Built-in CRM integrations | Two-way HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive on Plus |
| Contract | Monthly or annual; lowest AI SDR price needs annual | Monthly or annual, no setup fee, cancel anytime |
| Where it wins | Mature sequencing, huge sending volumes, big integration library, established vendor | Lowest cost for data plus AI writing plus booking in one plan |
Reply.io is the stronger choice if you already have a clean list and a team of reps who need a mature sequencer with a dialer, or if you send hundreds of thousands of emails a month. It has been around for over a decade and its integration library is large. If you only need a bare sending tool and bring your own SMTP, a lighter cold email platform with AI personalization can be cheaper still.
Sdrs is the cheaper route when the problem is the whole SDR job, not just sending, and especially when the goal is booked first meetings, which our AI appointment setter page covers in detail. Starter at $49 a month includes 500 verified leads a day, the AI prospect researcher, 7-step sequences with A/B testing, and email warm-up. Plus at $149 adds LinkedIn and X, automatic positive-reply detection with calendar links, and CRM sync. Pro at $499 a month runs on full autopilot, from lead discovery to meeting booked, for less than Jason AI's monthly-billed entry tier. You can try it with the campaign launcher at the top of this page.
Is Reply.io worth the money?
Reply.io is worth the money for teams that already know who to contact and need a reliable, multichannel sequencer at a per-seat price. It is less of a bargain when you add data, LinkedIn seats and the AI SDR, because each is billed separately and the lowest Jason AI price needs a year upfront. Price the full stack you will actually use, not the $49 headline.
