The short answer: AI SDR pricing runs from about $49 a month for self-serve tools to $45,000 or more a year for enterprise platforms. 11x publishes a Growth plan starting at $3,750 a month billed annually, AiSDR pricing is $1.50 per person prospected on pay as you go, charged daily with no monthly fee, Reply.io's Jason AI and Salesforge's Agent Frank start around $500 a month, and Artisan quotes every deal privately. Sdrs starts at $49 a month with no annual contract.
The headline number is only part of what you'll pay. What you actually get for it varies a lot: some vendors charge per contact, some per seat, and some bundle mailboxes, data, and LinkedIn while others bill each one separately. Below is what each major AI SDR costs, what the entry plan includes, and where the extra costs hide, so you can compare like for like before you book a demo.
AI SDR pricing comparison table
| Tool (AI agent) | Starting price | Billing | Entry plan includes | Public pricing? |

| 11x (Alice) | $3,750/mo | Annual | Up to 5 users, 2,000 new prospects a month, managed mailboxes, CRM sync | Growth tier only |
| Artisan (Ava) | Quote only, reported median about $30,000/yr | Annual, paid in advance (reported) | About 2,500 leads contacted a month on the Team plan, email, social, call queue | No |
| AiSDR | $1.50 per person prospected on pay as you go | Charged daily, no monthly fee; Team plans on quarterly contracts | Team plans for 1,000+ contacts a month with up to 40% lower price per contact | Yes, on pay as you go |
| Reply.io (Jason AI) | $500/mo annual, $800 monthly | Annual or monthly | 1,000 active contacts, multichannel sequences, real-time B2B contact search | Entry tier |
| Salesforge (Agent Frank) | $499/mo | Quarterly or annual | 1,000 active contacts, contact search, autopilot mode; mailboxes extra | Yes |
| Qualified (Piper) | Quote only, reported median about $68,000/yr | Not published | Inbound website conversations and meeting booking on Salesforce | No |
| Sdrs | $49/mo ($24/mo billed annually) | Monthly or annual | 500 verified leads a day, 7-step sequences, A/B testing, warm-up, 3 users | Yes |
Prices are the figures each vendor publishes on its own pricing page at the time of writing. Where a vendor doesn't publish pricing, the number is the median contract value reported by Vendr, a software purchasing marketplace, and is labeled as reported.
How much does an AI SDR cost?
An AI SDR costs between $49 and about $5,000 a month for most small and midsize teams, and enterprise contracts regularly pass $50,000 a year. Self-serve tools with public pricing sit at the low end. Fully managed platforms that include data, mailboxes, and onboarding sit at the high end and usually require an annual commitment.
The three pricing models you'll run into are flat monthly tiers (Sdrs), per-contact or per-prospect pricing (AiSDR, 11x, Salesforge above its included volume), and custom annual quotes (Artisan, Qualified). Per-contact pricing looks cheap at low volume and climbs quickly once you scale outreach, so estimate your real monthly prospect count before comparing.
11x pricing
11x publishes one price: its Alice Growth plan starts at $3,750 a month, billed annually, which works out to $45,000 a year (the FAQ on the same page quotes $36,000 a year for Growth, so confirm the figure in writing). That plan covers up to five users, 2,000 new prospects a month, 11x-managed Gmail mailboxes with warm-up and rotation, and two-way CRM sync. Pro and Enterprise tiers are quote-only. Julian, the inbound voice and chat agent, is licensed separately, starting at $2,417 a month for chat or $5,333 a month for voice on annual terms.
Contract data from Vendr puts the median 11x deal at $65,100 a year, with a reported range of $38,250 to $83,100 (checked October 2026). The full Alice and Julian plan tables are in our 11x pricing guide. 11x is built for funded sales teams that want a managed, high-volume outbound motion and can commit for a year. If that doesn't describe you, our 11x alternative comparison covers the monthly options.
Does 11x require an annual contract?
Yes. 11x bills annually by default, and its Pro and Enterprise tiers offer two and three year terms at a discount. There's no published month-to-month option, so budget for the full annual amount up front when you compare it with monthly tools.
Artisan AI pricing
Artisan doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page describes plans by volume instead: the Team plan contacts about 2,500 leads a month and the Scale plan about 6,000. All plans include email, social, and a call queue, a database of more than 250 million contacts, Salesforce and HubSpot sync, and onboarding with a customer success manager. The AI dialer is a per-seat add-on.
Vendr reports a median Artisan contract of about $30,000 a year, with deals ranging from roughly $18,000 to $80,000, paid annually in advance. Ignore review sites that still list $250 "Intern" and $600 "Employee" tiers; those plans no longer appear on the pricing page. Artisan's own comparison pages now advertise "plans from $250/mo, monthly, cancel anytime" with a free trial, so ask what that entry offer includes. Our Artisan AI pricing breakdown has the plan table, cost per lead math and the questions to ask sales. If the quote-only model is the dealbreaker, see our Artisan AI alternative comparison.
Artisan vs 11x pricing
11x is the easier of the two to price: its Growth plan starts at about $3,750 a month on an annual contract, roughly $45,000 a year, and larger plans are quoted. Artisan publishes no dollar amounts at all. Its plans (Team, Scale and Enterprise) are sold by quote, and Vendr's purchase data puts the median Artisan deal around $30,000 a year. 11x sells on annual terms. Artisan now advertises a monthly entry plan on its comparison pages, but the median deal in Vendr's data is still five figures a year, so get the term in writing.
If you need a monthly plan instead, Sdrs starts at $49 and its full autopilot plan is $499 a month. We compare each vendor in more depth in the 11x alternative guide and the Artisan AI alternative guide.
AiSDR pricing
AiSDR has the most transparent pricing of the managed-style tools. AiSDR charges $1.50 per person prospected on pay as you go, charged daily with no monthly fee. Team plans cover 1,000+ contacts a month with up to 40% lower price per contact on quarterly contracts.
The cost depends on how many people you prospect. The full plan breakdown, add-ons and the 11x vs AiSDR price gap are in our AiSDR pricing guide.
Reply.io Jason AI and Salesforge Agent Frank pricing
Reply.io's Jason AI SDR costs $500 a month for 1,000 active contacts on annual billing, or $800 billed monthly, rising to $1,500 a month for 5,000 contacts (annual) and $3,000 for 10,000. It includes real-time contact search, intent signals, AI-written replies and unlimited mailboxes. Reply's cheaper sequencing plans start at $49 per user a month, but LinkedIn ($69 a month per account) and data credits are add-ons there. Every plan, add-on and the per-contact math are in our Reply.io pricing breakdown.
Salesforge's Agent Frank costs $499 a month billed quarterly on the September 2026 pricing page, with an annual option and no monthly option. Salesforge frames it as $0.25 per contact at 2,000 or more contacts a month, and a mailbox infrastructure add-on for up to 1,000 active contacts is another $416 a month. Sending mailboxes are sold separately through Salesforge's Infraforge and Mailforge products. The full stack math, including lead data and credits, is in our Salesforge pricing breakdown.
Cheaper tools like Apollo, Instantly and Regie.ai
If you mostly need data and sequencing rather than an autonomous agent, the budget tier is worth a look. Apollo starts at $49 per seat per month billed annually and bundles a large contact database with AI-assisted sequences. Instantly's outreach plans start at $47 a month, its bundle with lead credits and an AI sales agent starts at $94 a month, and the AI Reply Agent comes with the $194 Scale bundle (full plan table in our Instantly AI pricing breakdown). Lemlist charges $69 a month for its Email plan or $109 per user for Multichannel, with lead credits from $20 extra (see our lemlist pricing breakdown). Smartlead starts at $39 a month for 6,000 sends and $94 for Pro, with mailboxes and verified leads extra (details in our Smartlead pricing breakdown). Regie.ai's Pro plan is $49 a month for a pool of credits that covers research, drafting, and dialing.
These tools are strong value, but most still expect a person to build lists, write or approve sequences, and work replies. That's the gap an AI SDR is supposed to close, and the job our AI BDR software does from $49 a month.
Sdrs pricing
Sdrs is priced for teams that want an autonomous AI SDR without an enterprise contract. The Sdrs pricing page lists three self-serve plans:
- Starter, $49 a month ($288 a year on annual billing): 500 leads a day with verified emails, email sequences up to 7 steps with conditional branching, unlimited campaigns with A/B testing, AI prospect research, warm-up and deliverability monitoring, and up to 3 team members.
- Plus, $149 a month ($888 a year): 2,000 leads a day with phone numbers, email plus LinkedIn and X sequences, reply detection with calendar booking, two-way HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive sync, and 5,000 emails a day.
- Pro, $499 a month ($2,988 a year): unlimited leads, full autopilot from lead discovery to booked meeting, an AI voice agent for cold calls, buying-intent signals, multi-client workspaces, and API access.
Enterprise, $998 a month ($5,988 a year), adds custom AI training, SSO, white-label, and dedicated sending infrastructure, and is bought by card like the other plans. Every plan is month-to-month, so you can test a real campaign for one billing cycle before committing to a year.
AI SDR vs human SDR cost
A human SDR costs roughly $114,000 a year fully loaded, while most AI SDRs cost $3,000 to $45,000 a year. The Bridge Group's 2025 SDR report puts median on-target earnings at $80,000, and the US Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that benefits make up 30% of private-sector compensation costs. Add tools, management time, and a typical three-month ramp and the real figure climbs further. That gap is why many teams that planned a remote hire now run a virtual SDR instead.
The comparison isn't only about salary (our breakdown of how much an SDR costs puts one US hire at $110,000 to $160,000 a year all in). A rep has limited hours and handles a few hundred prospects a month well. An AI SDR works every prospect on schedule and doesn't need ramp time, but it still needs a person to define the ideal customer, approve the messaging, and run the meetings it books. Most teams that buy an AI SDR use it to replace the prospecting part of the job and keep humans on discovery calls and closing.
Hidden costs in AI SDR pricing
Before you sign, ask each vendor about these line items, because they're often not in the headline price:
- Sending infrastructure. Extra domains and mailboxes, plus warm-up, can add $30 to $100 a month or more. Some vendors include managed mailboxes; others sell them separately.
- Data credits. Contact and phone lookups are often metered. Check whether verified emails and phone numbers are included or billed per credit.
- Channel add-ons. LinkedIn accounts, calling, and SMS are frequently priced per seat or per account on top of the base plan. If phone outreach matters to you, compare the add-on against a dedicated AI cold calling tool.
- Overage and volume tiers. Per-contact pricing above an included amount (for example, $0.25 per contact) changes the math once you scale.
- Contract length. An annual prepay locks in the full year even if the tool doesn't fit your market.
Are AI SDRs worth it?
AI SDRs are worth it when you have a clear ideal customer profile, an offer that sells through a first meeting, and more prospects than your team can contact by hand. They're a weaker fit if your deals come almost entirely from referrals or if each account needs weeks of research before any outreach.
A practical test is cost per booked meeting. Take the monthly price, divide it by the meetings the tool books in a month, and compare that with what an agency or a rep costs per meeting. Outsourced appointment-setting packages commonly land between about $500 and $1,300 per meeting (the outsourced SDR companies pricing comparison has the retainer ranges vendor by vendor), which is why even a mid-priced AI SDR can pay back quickly. That math is especially clear for service businesses like IT providers; see how it plays out in MSP lead generation, where agency retainers often run $5,000 a month or more.
Which AI SDR tools have month-to-month plans?
Sdrs and Reply.io's Jason AI can be bought month to month; AiSDR offers pay as you go with daily charges and no monthly fee. 11x, Artisan and Salesforge's Agent Frank require longer commitments. Sdrs bills every plan monthly from $49 with no setup fee. AiSDR Team plans cover 1,000+ contacts a month with up to 40% lower price per contact on quarterly contracts. Agent Frank is billed quarterly or annually, 11x bills annually by default, and Artisan is reported to sell annual terms paid in advance.
| Tool | Monthly option | Shortest commitment |
|---|---|---|
| Sdrs | Yes, every plan | One month, from $49 |
| AiSDR | Pay as you go | $1.50 per person prospected, charged daily with no monthly fee; Team plans on quarterly contracts |
| Reply.io Jason AI | Yes | One month |
| Salesforge Agent Frank | No | One quarter at $499 a month |
| 11x | No published option | One year, about $45,000 |
| Artisan | No published option | Annual, quoted privately |
A monthly plan matters most in the first 60 days, when you are still finding out whether your segment replies at all. Paying for one month and judging the tool on booked meetings costs far less than learning the same lesson inside a year-long contract.
Which AI SDR pricing model is right for you?
Pick flat monthly pricing if you're a founder, small sales team, or agency that wants to test outbound without a long commitment. Per-contact pricing suits teams with steady, predictable volume. Custom annual contracts make sense for larger sales orgs that want managed onboarding and are ready to commit budget for a year. Usage credits bought upfront are a fourth model: Monaco, an AI-native CRM with outbound agents, starts with a $10,000 credit commit, and our Monaco alternatives comparison shows what that buys and what bills monthly instead.
Whatever you choose, run one focused campaign first: one segment, one offer, and a clear meeting goal. If you want to see how an AI SDR handles your own market, you can launch a campaign in Sdrs on the Starter plan and judge it on booked meetings, not promises. If you sell software, our SaaS lead generation page shows how that plays out for booking demos, and if you are weighing a setter agency against software, the AI appointment setter comparison puts the two side by side. Teams that only need contact data can check our Lusha pricing breakdown first.
