The short answer: Salesforge costs $40 a month on the Pro plan and $80 a month on the Growth plan when billed monthly, with two months free on annual billing. Its AI SDR, Agent Frank, is a separate $499 a month billed quarterly, which Salesforge frames as $0.25 per contact at 2,000 or more contacts a month. Lead data (Leadsforge, from $49 a month) and mailbox infrastructure (Primeforge, Mailforge, Infraforge) are separate products with separate bills. A realistic working stack therefore lands between about $175 and $700 a month, and Salesforge's own calculator example reaches $2,608. Prices below were checked on salesforge.ai/pricing on September 25, 2026.

How much does Salesforge cost per month in practice?
Salesforge costs $40 to $80 a month for the sequencer alone, but most teams pay $175 to $700 a month once data and mailboxes are added, and $915 a month or more with Agent Frank plus its infrastructure add-on. The sticker price covers sending; it does not include the contacts you send to or the inboxes you send from.
Here is how three common setups add up, using the published prices above:
- Solo founder, human-written sequences: Pro at $40 plus Leadsforge at $49 plus a small mailbox setup (the calculator's Mailforge example is $86) comes to about $175 a month. You still write the copy and read every reply.
- Small team scaling email and LinkedIn: Growth at $80, Leadsforge at $49 and Primeforge at $123 for Google and Microsoft mailboxes lands near $252 a month, before extra validation or personalization credits.
- AI SDR route: Agent Frank at $499 plus the $416 infrastructure add-on is $915 a month, billed quarterly, which is $2,745 before the first meeting is booked.
Salesforge's own stack calculator on the pricing page shows a larger configuration at an estimated $2,608 a month. That is not a typical small-team bill, but it shows how quickly credits, mailboxes and domains scale once volume grows.
What does Agent Frank cost?
Agent Frank costs $499 a month, billed quarterly or annually, so the smallest commitment is about $1,497 for three months. Salesforge prices it as $0.25 per contact at 2,000 or more contacts a month. The optional email infrastructure add-on for up to 1,000 active contacts is another $416 a month on the same billing terms.
For that you get an agent that prospects around the clock in autopilot or co-pilot mode, searches a database of more than 500 million contacts, writes in over 20 languages and comes with a dedicated account manager and a shared Slack channel. The multilingual coverage is a real advantage if you sell into Europe or Latin America in the local language. For a US team selling in English, it is capacity you pay for but may not use.
Compared with other AI SDRs, Agent Frank sits in the middle of the market. It is far below 11x, which starts at $3,750 a month on an annual contract, and roughly level with Reply.io Jason AI's $500 a month annual starter. Our AI SDR pricing comparison puts all of them in one table, and the Reply.io pricing breakdown covers Jason AI plan by plan.
Hidden costs to budget for
Salesforge is transparent about its prices, but the bill is spread across several products, so it is easy to underestimate. Before you commit, total these up:
- Contact data. The sequencer does not include leads. Leadsforge starts at $49 a month, or you bring your own list from another provider or a separate email finder with built-in verification, which is its own subscription.
- Credits beyond the base. Pro includes 300 validation, personalization and social action credits a month. Every AI-personalized preview uses a personalization credit, and LinkedIn profile views and connection requests use social action credits. Salesforge itself estimates 400 to 500 social actions per LinkedIn profile a month, so a LinkedIn-heavy Pro user runs out quickly.
- Mailboxes and domains. Cold email at volume needs secondary domains and several inboxes. That is Primeforge, Mailforge or Infraforge, or your own Google Workspace seats, plus domain registrations.
- Quarterly prepay on Agent Frank. Monthly billing is not offered for the AI SDR, so a failed pilot still costs a full quarter.
- Your time. On Pro and Growth a person still builds lists, writes or approves copy, watches deliverability and reads replies. At a loaded cost of $60 an hour, five hours a week is about $1,300 a month that never shows on the invoice.
Salesforge vs Sdrs pricing
| Salesforge | Sdrs | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | $40/mo sequencer, data and mailboxes extra | $49/mo with the B2B database included |
| AI SDR price | $499/mo Agent Frank, billed quarterly, plus $416/mo infrastructure add-on if needed | $149/mo Plus (reply detection and booking) or $499/mo Pro (full autopilot), billed monthly |
| Contract | Monthly on Pro and Growth; quarterly or annual on Agent Frank | Monthly on every plan, cancel anytime |
| Lead data | Separate product (Leadsforge) | Included: 500 leads a day on Starter, 2,000 on Plus, unlimited on Pro |
| Channels | Email and LinkedIn | Email, LinkedIn and X; AI voice calls on Pro |
| CRM | API on Growth | Two-way HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive sync on Plus and Pro |
| Where it wins | Multilingual outbound, very high email volume, teams that want to pick each infrastructure piece | US B2B teams that want data, AI writing, follow-up and booking in one monthly bill |
The honest read: if you already have a data source, want to write your own sequences and send tens of thousands of emails a month, Salesforge Growth at $80 is very cheap sending capacity, and Sdrs is not trying to beat it on that. If what you want is booked meetings without assembling five products, Sdrs Plus at $149 a month covers the database, the AI-written sequence, LinkedIn and X touches, reply detection, the calendar link and CRM sync in one subscription, which is less than a third of Agent Frank plus its infrastructure add-on. See how the AI appointment setter handles meeting booking.
Is Salesforge worth the price?
Salesforge is worth it for high-volume email senders who already have lead data and a person to run campaigns: $40 to $80 a month is among the cheapest sequencer pricing on the market. It is less compelling as an AI SDR, because Agent Frank's quarterly $499 plus a separate data and infrastructure bill costs more than all-in-one tools that include those pieces.
The deciding question is what you are buying. Sending capacity is a commodity, and Salesforge sells it cheaply. Meetings are the outcome, and they need a list, research, copy, follow-up and reply handling working together. If you want to see that loop on your own market before paying for anything quarterly, describe your buyer in the launcher at the top of this page and Sdrs will build the first campaign. The AI BDR software page explains what the agent does step by step, and the Sdrs pricing page lists every plan limit.
Salesforge pricing questions
Does Salesforge have a free trial?
Yes. Salesforge offers a 14-day free trial on its Pro and Growth plans. Agent Frank, the AI SDR, is sold through a demo and a quarterly or annual commitment rather than a self-serve trial, so budget for at least one quarter at $499 a month if you want to test it.
Is Salesforge cheaper than Instantly or Smartlead?
On the base sequencer, Salesforge's $40 Pro and $80 Growth plans sit at the low end of cold email tool pricing, and unlimited email senders on both plans help at volume. The comparison changes once you add Leadsforge for data and paid mailboxes, so compare full stacks with data, mailboxes and credits included, not the headline plan. Instantly's own stack runs $94 a month for sending plus lead credits (every tier is in our Instantly AI pricing breakdown).
Can I pay for Agent Frank monthly?
No. As of October 2026, Salesforge lists Agent Frank at $499 a month billed quarterly, with an annual option. There is no month-to-month billing for the AI SDR. Sdrs bills every plan monthly, including Pro with full autopilot at $499.
What is the cheapest Salesforge alternative with an AI SDR included?
Sdrs is the lowest-cost option we know of that includes contact data, AI-written sequences, reply detection and meeting booking in one plan: $149 a month on Plus, billed monthly. Starter at $49 covers the database, AI research and email sequences if you want to handle replies yourself.
