The short answer: the best 11x alternative depends on why you are leaving. If the problem is the $45,000 annual commitment, Sdrs ($49 a month, billed monthly) and AiSDR ($1.50 per person prospected on pay as you go, charged daily with no monthly fee) are autonomous AI SDRs with published pricing. If you want a managed, high-volume agent like 11x from a different vendor, Artisan is the closest match. If you want more control over every message, Salesforge's Agent Frank and Reply.io's Jason AI sit in between.

11x is a capable product built for funded sales teams, and for some of them it is still the right call. But its only published plan is $3,750 a month billed annually, so a lot of founders, agencies and small sales teams end up searching for 11x alternatives before they ever sign. This comparison sticks to what each vendor publishes on its own pricing page, and it is upfront about where 11x still wins.

Prices are the figures each vendor lists on its own pricing page at the time of writing. Artisan does not publish pricing, so its figure is the median contract value reported by Vendr and is labeled as reported. For a deeper look at what each entry plan includes, see our AI SDR pricing comparison.

Why teams look for an 11x alternative

Most teams start looking for an 11x alternative for one of three reasons: the price and contract length, the amount of control they get over messaging, or confidence in the vendor after a rough 2025.

Price and commitment. The 11x Growth plan starts at $3,750 a month billed annually, which is $45,000 for the year. Every Alice and Julian plan, with the Vendr contract data, is in our 11x pricing breakdown. It covers up to five users and 2,000 new prospects a month. The Pro and Enterprise tiers are quote-only, and there is no published month-to-month option. For a seed-stage company or a 10-person agency, that is a lot of cash to commit before the first meeting is booked; it is also more than most outsourced SDR companies charge for a human program.

Control. A fully managed agent is great when it works and frustrating when it doesn't. Some teams want to approve sequences, edit tone per segment, and see every reply, rather than hand the whole motion to a black box.

Vendor confidence. In March 2025, TechCrunch reported that 11x had displayed logos of companies that were not active customers, and on May 5, 2025 founder Hasan Sukkar stepped down as CEO, moving to non-executive chairman while CTO Prabhav Jain took over. The company kept operating and shipping, but buyers signing a year-long contract reasonably ask more questions after that.

When 11x is still the better choice

11x is still a strong pick if you have the budget and want someone else to own the infrastructure. Its plans include 11x-managed Gmail mailboxes with domain setup, warm-up, inbox rotation and monitoring, so you never touch DNS records. The Pro tier adds outreach in more than 105 languages, which matters for teams selling across Europe or Latin America. Enterprise includes SSO, custom DPAs and a forward-deployed engineer. If you are a well-funded team targeting thousands of accounts a month in several languages, the annual contract can be worth it.

Which 11x alternative is cheapest?

Sdrs is the cheapest autonomous AI SDR with published pricing, at $49 a month billed monthly for 500 leads a day with verified emails, 7-step sequences and A/B testing. AiSDR charges $1.50 per person prospected on pay as you go, charged daily with no monthly fee (see the AiSDR pricing breakdown for its Team plans on quarterly contracts). If what you mainly need from 11x is meetings on the calendar, our AI appointment setter page shows how Sdrs handles the booking step on its own. Apollo and Instantly cost about the same as Sdrs, but they are data and sequencing tools that still need a person to build lists and handle replies.

Cheapest is not the same as best value, so compare cost per meeting rather than cost per month. A $49 plan that books four meetings a month costs about $12 per meeting. An 11x contract that books forty meetings a month still costs about $94 per meeting. Both can be good deals. The difference is how much you have to spend before you find out.

Is there an 11x alternative without an annual contract?

Yes. Sdrs bills every self-serve plan monthly (Starter $49, Plus $149, Pro $499) and you can cancel anytime. AiSDR offers pay as you go, charged daily with no monthly fee, and Team plans on quarterly contracts. Salesforge's Agent Frank is billed quarterly at minimum and Artisan reportedly bills annually in advance, so check the contract terms before you book the demo, not after.

The 11x alternatives, one by one

Sdrs

Sdrs covers the same job as 11x: it finds leads from a B2B database, researches each account, writes multi-step outreach, handles positive replies and books meetings onto your calendar. The difference is how you buy it. Sdrs plans start at $49 a month for email campaigns, $149 a month adds LinkedIn and X sequences, phone numbers and two-way HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive sync, and $499 a month adds full autopilot, an AI voice agent for cold calls, buying signals and multi-client workspaces.

Where 11x wins: Sdrs does not manage your Gmail mailboxes for you, and it does not advertise outreach in 105 languages. Where Sdrs wins: you can run a real campaign for one month for less than 11x costs per day, and agencies can run separate client workspaces on Pro. It fits vertical outbound well, for example MSP lead generation or staffing agency leads, where a tight ICP matters more than raw volume.

AiSDR

AiSDR pricing is $1.50 per person prospected on pay as you go, charged daily with no monthly fee. Team plans cover 1,000+ contacts a month with up to 40% lower price per contact on quarterly contracts.

Artisan

Artisan's Ava is the closest like-for-like replacement for 11x. Its pricing page describes the Team plan at about 2,500 leads contacted a month and the Scale plan at about 6,000, with email, social, a call queue, a database of more than 250 million contacts and a customer success manager. There are no public prices, and Vendr reports a median contract of about $30,000 a year. Choose it if you like the 11x model and simply want a different vendor; if the quote-only pricing is the sticking point, our Artisan AI alternative guide compares the options.

Salesforge Agent Frank

Agent Frank costs $499 a month billed quarterly, with an annual option and no monthly plan. Salesforge frames it as $0.25 per contact at 2,000 or more contacts a month, and sending mailboxes are sold separately through Salesforge's own infrastructure products (our Salesforge pricing breakdown totals the full stack). It suits cold email operators who want an agent on top of a sending setup they control.

Reply.io Jason AI

Reply.io's AI SDR plan starts from $500 and includes 1,000 active contacts, multichannel automation and access to its contact database. It costs $800 on monthly billing, and LinkedIn and data are add-ons on Reply's cheaper sequencing plans; the full breakdown is in our Reply.io pricing guide. It makes the most sense for teams already running sequences in Reply.io who want to add an agent without migrating.

Apollo or Instantly as a build-your-own stack

Apollo starts at $49 per seat per month billed annually, and Instantly's outreach plans start at $47 a month. Paired together you get a big contact database and solid sending for under $100. What you don't get is an agent: someone still has to write sequences, triage replies and book the meeting. If you have an SDR with spare hours, that can be the most efficient setup.

11x vs Conversica, which one fits?

11x and Conversica solve different halves of the funnel. 11x's Alice is an outbound agent: it finds new prospects, writes cold email and books first meetings. Conversica is a conversational AI assistant built mainly to follow up with leads you already have, such as inbound form fills, event lists and dormant CRM contacts, over two-way email and SMS until they are ready for a rep.

Pick Conversica if you already generate more inbound leads than your reps can follow up. Pick 11x if you need net-new outbound at volume and can commit for a year. If you need outbound and the budget for either is the obstacle, a monthly AI SDR covers the same prospecting and booking work; our AI SDR pricing comparison lists every published plan.

Which 11x alternatives work for small teams?

For a small team of one to ten sellers, the best 11x alternatives are those with monthly or usage based billing, such as Sdrs from $49 a month, AiSDR at $1.50 per person prospected on pay as you go, charged daily with no monthly fee, and Reply.io's Jason AI at $800 a month on monthly billing. 11x's Growth plan starts at $3,750 a month billed annually for up to 5 users, which is more than most small teams spend on their whole sales stack.

ToolCheapest monthly optionTeam size on entry planCommitment
Sdrs Starter$49/moUp to 3 team members (Plus $149/mo: up to 5)Monthly, cancel anytime
AiSDR$1.50 per person prospected on pay as you goTeam plans for 1,000+ contacts a monthCharged daily, no monthly fee; Team plans on quarterly contracts

Reply.io Jason AI$800/mo on monthly billing, 1,000 contactsPer planMonthly or annual ($500/mo annual)
11x Growth$3,750/moUp to 5 usersAnnual

Small teams usually care about three things more than feature depth: a price that fits a founder-led budget, the ability to stop after a bad month, and a setup one person can run in an afternoon. That is why Sdrs is built as a self-serve AI BDR with published prices on the pricing page. If you would rather hire someone than buy software, compare the monthly cost of a virtual SDR first.

How to switch from 11x without losing pipeline

Switching AI SDRs goes smoothly if you protect three things: your active conversations, your sending reputation and your suppression list.

  1. Export before the contract ends. Pull every contact, sequence status and reply thread into your CRM. If your 11x workspace synced two-way to HubSpot or Salesforce, most of this is already there.
  2. Carry over your do-not-contact list. Import unsubscribes and bounced addresses into the new tool first. Emailing someone who opted out is the fastest way to a spam complaint.
  3. Plan for mailboxes. 11x-managed mailboxes stay with 11x. Set up and warm new sending domains two to three weeks before your contract ends so there is no gap in outreach.
  4. Restart with your best segment. Relaunch the ICP and message that booked the most meetings, then expand. In Sdrs you can describe that segment in plain English and review the list before anything sends.
  5. Check where prospects land. Outbound sends people to your website, and a new vendor is a good moment to make sure that page earns the meeting. A quick conversion rate audit of your landing page copy and CTA often lifts results more than another sequence tweak.

Frequently asked questions about 11x alternatives

Who are 11x's main competitors?

11x's main competitors are Artisan, AiSDR, Salesforge's Agent Frank, Reply.io's Jason AI, Qualified's Piper for inbound, and self-serve AI SDRs such as Sdrs. Sales engagement platforms like Apollo, Outreach and Salesloft also compete for the same budget by adding AI features to their sequencing tools.

How much does 11x cost per month?

11x costs $3,750 a month on its Growth plan, billed annually, for a total of $45,000 a year. That covers up to five users and 2,000 new prospects a month. Pro and Enterprise are custom-priced, and Vendr reports a median 11x contract of $65,100 a year (range $38,250 to $83,100, checked October 2026). The FAQ on the same 11x pricing page says Growth starts at $36,000 a year, so ask for the exact annual figure in writing before you sign.

Is Artisan cheaper than 11x?

Usually, but not always. Artisan doesn't publish prices, and Vendr reports a median Artisan contract of about $30,000 a year against $65,100 for 11x. Both typically bill annually, so neither is a low-commitment option. If you want to avoid an annual contract entirely, look at monthly tools instead.

Can a small business use an AI SDR instead of 11x?

Yes. Self-serve AI SDRs are built for small businesses that can't commit $45,000 up front. Sdrs starts at $49 a month with up to 3 team members, and you can run a demo campaign on your own ICP from the launcher at the top of this page to preview the lead list and draft outreach before you pick a plan.
