AiSDR pricing is $1.50 per person prospected on its self-serve pay as you go option, with no monthly fee. Prospecting 1,000 people costs $1,500 before add-ons, charged daily. Team plans serve teams contacting 1,000 or more people a month and advertise up to 40% lower pricing per contact through sales. Earlier Solo, Explore and Scale prices are historical, not the current offer.
These terms come from AiSDR's pricing page, checked October 20, 2026. The distinction matters because AiSDR now lets you start without a sales call or a subscription fee, while its Team option combines volume pricing with additional services and contractual terms.
What AiSDR costs at different contact volumes
The pay as you go calculation is $1.50 multiplied by people prospected. Research, lists and writing cost nothing extra. AiSDR describes this as paying only for people you reach, so the bill tracks prospecting activity rather than a fixed subscription allowance.
| People prospected per month | Pay as you go cost | Team cost at maximum advertised discount |
|---|---|---|
| 300 | $450 | Below the stated Team volume |
| 1,000 | $1,500 | About $900 if the full 40% discount applies |
| 2,000 | $3,000 | About $1,800 if the full 40% discount applies |
| 5,000 | $7,500 | About $4,500 if the full 40% discount applies |
The Team column is an illustrative floor at the maximum advertised discount, roughly $0.90 per contact. It is not a published quote or a promise that every qualifying account gets that rate. Ask sales for your actual rate, any minimum volume and the total commitment before comparing it with self-serve spending.
Pay as you go and Team billing terms
Self-serve accounts are charged daily and can stop anytime. There is no monthly fee and no sales call needed. This suits a team testing targeting or reaching a changing number of prospects, because costs follow activity instead of an unused monthly contact allowance.
Team plans are billed monthly with quarterly contracts, and AiSDR also says cancel anytime. Those statements describe different parts of the purchase. Before signing, clarify when cancellation takes effect and whether any committed charges remain. Monthly invoicing does not establish that a quarterly obligation disappears immediately.
Team adds Salesforce integration, LinkedIn signals from profile views, posts and keywords, and website visitor tracking. It also adds a dedicated GTM engineer, training, compliance and security reviews, procurement support, a SaaS contract and DPA, AI video and AI voice notes. Those additions can matter as much as a lower contact rate.
What all AiSDR accounts include
The base offer includes Ami, AiSDR's AI agent, and access to 2B+ profiles from LinkedIn and other sources. Live signals cover job changes, new hires and funding. Waterfall enrichment draws on 20 data providers, giving teams research and enrichment within the same prospecting workflow.
- Multichannel sequences. LinkedIn connection requests, DMs, InMails and voice notes are included alongside outreach workflows.
- Reply management. A unified inbox and AI reply handling keep conversations together.
- CRM connection. Two-way HubSpot sync is included in all plans. Salesforce integration is a Team addition.
- Deliverability tools. Triple bounce checks, lookalike domains and warmup are included.
- Call steps. AI call steps with the Aircall dialer are listed in the base offer.
These are useful inclusions for buyers comparing separate data, enrichment, sequencing and reply tools. They do not make contacts, replies and booked meetings interchangeable. For the booking workflow itself, review what an AI appointment setter does and ask how each vendor handles qualification and calendar handoff.
Add-ons and costs outside contact pricing
| Optional item | Published cost | What to clarify |
|---|---|---|
| Warmed-up mailbox | $33 per mailbox | The page does not state the billing period |
| Extra contacts | Top-up in the app | Check the rate shown before purchasing |
| Managed campaign | $149 per campaign | Confirm the campaign scope |
| Fully managed service | $2,500 per month | Confirm what the service team operates |
Mailboxes and managed services are the main extras to put beside contact spending. Do not label the mailbox price monthly when the pricing page leaves its billing period unstated. Research and copy are included, but paying people to operate campaigns is a separate decision.
Ask how sending accounts and existing mailboxes fit into setup before budgeting infrastructure. AiSDR already lists a unified inbox; if your wider workflow spans other accounts, compare a unified inbox for your IMAP mailboxes against what you already have rather than assuming another tool is required.
A fully managed service can change the economics substantially. Compare its scope with outsourced SDR companies and their services, including who owns targeting, copy approval, reply review and reporting. A contact price alone does not tell you how much work your team retains.
Why older reviews quote Solo, Explore and Scale
Earlier in 2026, AiSDR sold Solo at $250 a month for 200 contacts, Explore at $900 for 800, and Scale at $2,500 for 2,500. The larger plans used quarterly billing. Many review sites still quote these fixed tiers. They explain historical references, but the current pricing page uses pay as you go and Team plans instead.
AiSDR vs 11x vs Artisan vs Sdrs
| Vendor | Current price reference | Purchase terms | What to compare |
|---|---|---|---|
| AiSDR | $1.50 per person; Team up to 40% lower per contact | Self-serve daily billing; Team monthly billing with quarterly contracts | Research, outreach and Team support |
| 11x | Growth about $3,750 a month, about $45,000 a year | Annual contract | Annual commitment against your expected activity |
| Artisan | Main pricing page is quote only; comparison page says plans from $250/mo | Request scoped pricing and written terms | Team around 2,500 leads, Scale around 6,000, Enterprise custom |
| Sdrs | Starter $49, Plus $149, Pro $499, Enterprise $998 per month | Monthly, no per-lead fees, cancel anytime | Daily lead limits and automation level |
Artisan's main page says pricing is scoped to your plan and asks you to talk to sales. Its separate AiSDR comparison page advertises plans from $250 a month. Vendr reports a median Artisan contract around $30,000 a year, a useful reference rather than a current quote. Our AiSDR vs Artisan pricing and contract comparison explains these differences.
AiSDR is cheaper than the cited 11x price at some volumes, but not all. Its self-serve cost at 5,000 people is $7,500, above the cited 11x monthly equivalent. That does not establish which package is better value because scope and commitments differ. See the 11x alternative guide and Artisan AI alternative guide for further comparisons.
How Sdrs differs at a lower monthly price
Sdrs Starter costs $49 a month and includes 500 leads a day with verified emails, 7-step email sequences and 5,000 emails a day. Leads come from public sources. There is no free plan, and the subscription has no per-lead fees.
Plus costs $149 a month for 2,000 leads a day with phone numbers, email outreach, AI call scripts, automatic detection of positive replies with a calendar link, and two-way HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive sync. LinkedIn and X steps are queued tasks that you send manually. They are not automated social sending.
Pro costs $499 a month for up to 10,000 leads a day, full autopilot and an AI voice agent. Enterprise costs $998 a month. All are monthly and cancel anytime. Compare Sdrs plans and included limits against the workflow you need, rather than equating daily lead allowances with AiSDR's people-prospected billing.
When AiSDR is the better buy
AiSDR makes sense when you want to start without sales involvement, pay for activity, and use research, signals, enrichment and outreach together. HubSpot users get two-way sync without moving to Team. A variable prospecting schedule also makes daily billing appealing when you do not want a fixed subscription.
Team can be the better choice when Salesforce integration, a dedicated GTM engineer, procurement documents or compliance reviews matter to your buying process. Request a quote before assuming its maximum discount. A cheaper subscription can still require more internal work if it omits services you need.
