The short answer: ZoomInfo pricing is not published and ZoomInfo does not sell a monthly plan. Every paid tier is an annual contract, so the monthly cost is the yearly quote divided by twelve. Third party reviews in 2026 put Professional at about $14,995 a year for three seats (roughly $1,250 a month), Advanced at about $24,995 (roughly $2,083 a month) and Elite from about $39,995 (roughly $3,333 a month). Vendr's purchase data shows a median ZoomInfo contract of $33,500 a year, or about $2,792 a month. If you need contacts found, written to and followed up on a true monthly bill, Sdrs runs AI outbound from $49 a month.

ZoomInfo is the largest US B2B contact and company database, sold to sales, marketing and recruiting teams. It is strong on direct dials, org charts and intent data, and it is priced for teams that can sign a year at a time. The question most small teams are really asking when they search for a monthly price is whether there is a way to pay ZoomInfo month to month. There is not, so below we turn the annual numbers into monthly ones, show what drives the quote up, and list tools that do bill monthly. Where a figure comes from a third party or is our own math, we say so.

How much is ZoomInfo per month by plan?

We opened zoominfo.com/pricing on October 7, 2026. It lists three sales plans (Professional, Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise) and three marketing plans (Marketing Demand, ABM Lite and ABM Enterprise) with feature lists only. There is no price on any tier and every button leads to a sales conversation. The figures below are what buyers and reviewers report, converted to a monthly number.

PlanReported annual pricePer monthWhat it adds
ProfessionalAbout $14,995 for 3 seatsAbout $1,250 (about $417 per seat)Contact and company profiles, mobile numbers, exports, CRM integrations, Chrome extension
Advanced (Copilot Advanced)About $24,995 to $30,000About $2,083 to $2,500Buyer intent, website visitors, account fit score, job and champion change alerts, workflows
Elite (Copilot Enterprise)From about $39,995From about $3,333Real-time intent, advanced workflows and reporting, custom integrations, dedicated success manager
Vendr median contract$33,500About $2,792Median across 1,576 purchases tracked by Vendr

Plan prices are from 2026 reviews by Salesgear, Pin and Landbase, which also report a three seat minimum and about 5,000 export credits a year on Professional. Feature lists are from ZoomInfo's own pricing page. Vendr shows contracts ranging from $7,233 to $156,053 a year, which is about $603 to $13,004 a month, so the real spread is wider than any plan table suggests.

Does ZoomInfo have a monthly plan?

No. ZoomInfo's paid plans are sold on annual or multi-year contracts, billed upfront or in installments, and there is no month to month option on the pricing page. The only self-serve product is ZoomInfo Lite, which reviewers report as a free account with about 10 credits a month. That is enough to test the data on a handful of contacts, not to run a prospecting program.

This is the main reason small teams look elsewhere. A founder who wants to test outbound for one quarter cannot buy a quarter of ZoomInfo. The smallest real commitment is a full year of the Professional tier, and the quote often starts higher once seats and credits are added.

What makes the ZoomInfo quote go up

The plan name sets the floor. These are the line items that move the final number, based on Vendr's notes and the 2026 reviews cited above:

  • Seats. Pricing is per user with a reported three seat minimum. Each added rep raises the annual total.
  • Credits. Exporting or viewing a contact uses a credit. Teams that prospect daily run through the base allotment and buy more.
  • Add-ons. Intent data, conversation intelligence (Chorus), website visitor tracking and enrichment are priced separately or bundled into higher tiers.
  • Renewal increases. Vendr notes that ZoomInfo contracts often auto-renew with price increases, typically 5% to 10% a year, unless you negotiate a cap.
  • Contract length. Multi-year terms lower the yearly rate but lock you in longer. Vendr reports buyers commonly reach 20% to 35% below the first quote with longer terms and more seats.

Auto-renewal is where many teams lose money. The notice window to cancel is often 60 to 90 days before the term ends, and missing it rolls you into another year at the higher rate. If your company signs several software contracts like this, contract management software that tracks renewal dates pays for itself the first time it flags a notice deadline.

What ZoomInfo really costs per month for a small team

Data is only one part of outbound. To turn ZoomInfo contacts into meetings you also need a sequencing tool, sending mailboxes and someone to write and follow up. Here is our own estimate of the monthly cost for a three person team on Professional:

ItemMonthly cost
ZoomInfo Professional, 3 seats (reported $14,995 a year)About $1,250
Sequencing tool (Smartlead Pro or Instantly Hypergrowth)About $94 to $97
5 sending mailboxes on Google Workspace, about $7 to $8.40 eachAbout $35 to $42
Rep time writing and following upHours each week
Total before peopleAbout $1,380 to $1,390 a month, with ZoomInfo committed for a year

Sequencing prices are from our Instantly pricing and Smartlead pricing breakdowns. The total is the cost of the tools. It still does not book a meeting by itself.

ZoomInfo vs Sdrs for teams that want meetings, not just data

ZoomInfo sells the data and leaves the outreach to you. Sdrs is an AI BDR that finds the contacts, writes a message for each prospect, follows up and books the call. See how the AI appointment setter handles meeting booking. Here is an honest comparison:

ZoomInfo ProfessionalSdrs
PriceAbout $1,250/mo, paid annually (reported)$49/mo Starter, $149/mo Plus, $499/mo Pro
ContractAnnual, auto-renewsMonthly, cancel anytime
Contact dataVery deep, strong on direct dials and org chartsVerified B2B contacts for the segment you describe, up to 500 a day on Starter
OutreachAI email drafts and dialing; you run the sequenceWrites, sends and follows up on email, plus LinkedIn and phone steps on Plus
Meeting bookingNot includedInterested replies booked automatically on Plus
Best forSales teams of 5+ reps who prospect all day and need the deepest dataFounders and small teams who want meetings without a data contract

Where ZoomInfo wins: if your reps cold call enterprise accounts all day and need verified direct dials and org charts for large companies, its data depth is hard to match, and a team that size can justify the contract. If you have one or two people selling and no one to run sequences, you are paying for data you will not fully use.

Cheaper ZoomInfo alternatives with monthly prices

If the annual term is the blocker, these tools publish prices and several bill monthly. We checked each on the vendor's page on the dates in our linked breakdowns.

Is ZoomInfo worth it for a small business?

ZoomInfo is worth it for a small business only if at least two people prospect every day and will use the credits before they reset, because the smallest contract is about $15,000 a year. For a founder or a one person sales team, that money usually goes further on a monthly tool that also does the outreach and books the meetings.

How to get a lower ZoomInfo quote

  1. Ask for the seat count and credits you actually need, not the default bundle. Start with three seats if that is the minimum.
  2. Negotiate a cap on the renewal increase and write the cancellation notice date into your calendar on the day you sign.
  3. Get a competing quote. Vendors such as Seamless.AI run switch offers aimed at ZoomInfo customers, and that is useful leverage.
  4. Sign near the end of ZoomInfo's quarter, when reps have the most room to discount.
  5. Price the full stack, data plus sequencing plus mailboxes plus time, before you compare it with a tool that does all of it.

If the math points to a monthly tool that finds, writes and books, see Sdrs plans and launch a campaign today from $49 a month.
