The short answer: Seamless.AI no longer publishes prices. Its pricing page now opens a pricing inquiry form, so every paid plan is a sales quote. Based on reviews published in 2026, the Basic plan runs about $147 a month billed annually with 250 credits a month, Pro is quoted per user (reported from about $79 to $150 or more per user per month, often with a five seat minimum), and Enterprise contracts average roughly $8,000 to $18,000 a year. The free plan gives 50 credits. If you want leads found, written to and followed up without an annual contract, Sdrs runs AI outbound from $49 a month, billed monthly.

Seamless.AI is a B2B contact database with a Chrome extension that finds emails, direct dials and cell phones for people you search on LinkedIn or company websites. It is popular with SDRs and small sales teams who prospect by hand. The catch for buyers is that the price is hidden until a sales call, and the contract usually renews for a year. Below we lay out what Seamless.AI shows publicly as of October 6, 2026, what reviewers report paying, and what the credits actually cost. Where a number comes from a third party or is our own math, we say so.

Seamless AI pricing plans at a glance

We opened seamless.ai/pricing on October 6, 2026. It redirects to a page titled "Perfect Pricing for Startups to the Fortune 500" with the line "Get special pricing for unlimited users, bulk credits, prospector, job changes, buyer intent, and enrichment" and a contact form. No plan prices are listed. The figures below are what review sites report.

The gap between those Pro numbers is the point. Two buyers with the same seat count can pay very different prices depending on how hard they negotiate and when in the quarter they sign. Seamless.AI also runs a "Switch and Save" offer on its pricing page: switch from a competitor and get discounts or credits matching remaining contract value, up to 50%. If you are coming off ZoomInfo, Apollo or Lusha, ask for it by name. (For comparison, ZoomInfo's annual contracts work out to about $1,250 a month and up, see our ZoomInfo cost per month breakdown.)

How much does Seamless AI cost per year?

Seamless.AI costs about $1,764 a year for one Basic seat at the reported $147 a month on annual billing. A five seat Pro team at the reported $79 to $150 per user lands between roughly $4,740 and $9,000 a year, and Enterprise buyers report averages of about $8,000 to $18,000 a year. These are third party figures, so treat them as a starting point for negotiation, not a quote.

Because Basic is credit based, the per-unit math is simple. This is our own calculation from the reported Basic numbers:

Basic, reported
Yearly priceAbout $1,764
Credits a yearAbout 3,000
Cost per creditAbout $0.59
Cost per usable contact at 75% data accuracyAbout $0.78

The accuracy line matters. Reviewers report that a share of revealed emails and phones bounce or reach the wrong person, so the price of a contact you can actually use is higher than the price of a credit. Seamless.AI's own Bulk Credits page says credits automatically return for invalid emails or bad data, so check how that return works on your plan and whether it covers phone numbers too.

What a Seamless AI credit buys

A credit is spent when you reveal a contact. Older versions of the pricing page defined one credit as phone plus email for one person, and newer Bulk Credits are a shared pool used across search, enrichment, the AI Assistant, Autopilot and API jobs. That makes the real burn rate depend on how your team works:

  • Prospecting by hand. A rep revealing 40 contacts a day uses about 800 credits a month, more than three times the Basic allowance. One reviewer quoted by Cognism said they kept running out mid-month and ended up at $177 a month after top-ups.
  • Enriching a CRM. Uploading a CSV of existing accounts spends credits on every row Seamless.AI finds, including people you already had.
  • AI and automation. AI Assistant, Autopilot, buyer intent and job change alerts are sold as add-ons on top of the base plan, according to Cleanlist's review of the pricing page.

Hidden costs to budget for

The contact data is only the first line of the bill. Before you sign, ask about these:

  • Annual auto renewal. Paid plans are sold on yearly terms. Cognism's review reports a 60 day cancellation notice before the renewal date, and many user complaints are about missing that window. Put the date in your calendar the day you sign.
  • Seat minimums. Pro is commonly quoted with a five user minimum, so a two person team can end up paying for five.
  • Extra credits. Top-ups beyond the allowance are billed separately.
  • Add-ons. Intent data, job changes, enrichment and the AI writer can each add to the contract.
  • The outreach itself. Seamless.AI finds contacts. You still need a sequencing tool, mailboxes, warmed domains and someone to write and send. A sequencing tool alone is $40 to $100 a month per our Smartlead pricing and Instantly pricing breakdowns.
  • Time. Ten hours a week of list building and writing at $30 an hour is about $1,300 a month.

Seamless AI vs Sdrs

These tools solve different halves of the same job. Seamless.AI gives a rep contact data to work with. Sdrs does the prospecting work itself: it builds the list, writes the messages, sends, follows up and books the meeting. See how the AI appointment setter handles meeting booking.

Where Seamless.AI wins. If you have full time reps who live in LinkedIn and need cell phone numbers on demand, the Chrome extension is fast, and the database covers a lot of US small and mid-size businesses. Teams with RevOps support can push it into a CRM through the API and enrichment features.

Where Sdrs wins. If nobody on your team has hours a day to prospect, buying data only moves the problem. Sdrs Starter at $49 includes the leads and the writing, and Plus at $149 adds phone numbers, LinkedIn and booked meetings. Twelve months of Plus costs $1,788, about the same as one Basic seat of Seamless.AI, and it also sends the outreach. If you would rather hand off prospecting to a person, compare that with the cost of a virtual SDR.

Cheaper Seamless AI alternatives with published prices

If the hidden price or the annual term is the blocker, these tools publish their prices. We checked each on the vendor's own page on the dates in our linked breakdowns.

Sdrs$49/mo Starter, $149/mo PlusApprove messages, take the meetings

Full breakdowns are in our Salesgenie pricing, Amplemarket pricing, Lusha pricing and AiSDR pricing articles, and the wider AI SDR pricing comparison covers 11x and Artisan.

Whichever data tool you pick, the contacts end up in a spreadsheet or CRM export. If you want to know which industries and titles actually reply before you renew anything, an AI data analyst that answers plain-English questions about that export saves an afternoon of pivot tables.

Is Seamless AI worth the money?

Seamless.AI is worth it for teams with two or more reps who prospect manually every day and will use the credits before they reset. It is hard to justify for a founder or a one person sales team, because the annual contract buys data, not meetings, and the outreach work still has to happen somewhere.

How to decide in ten minutes

  1. Count the hours your team spends prospecting each week. Under five hours points to software that does the work, not a data seat.
  2. Estimate how many contacts you reveal a month. Above 250, Basic will need top-ups.
  3. Add the sequencing tool, mailboxes and time to the Seamless.AI quote to get the real monthly cost.
  4. Decide whether you can commit for a year and track a renewal notice date. If not, start monthly.

If the answers point to a monthly tool that finds, writes and books, see Sdrs plans and launch a campaign today from $49 a month.
