The short answer: SalesRoads pricing starts at $11,950 per four week period for one dedicated SDR with a full support team, according to the SalesRoads pricing page. Two SDRs cost $16,750 per four weeks ($8,375 each) and three cost $23,500 ($7,833 each). Billing runs on a four week cycle, so one SDR works out to about $12,950 per calendar month and $155,350 over a full year. There is no long-term contract and you can cancel anytime. If you want meetings booked without a five figure retainer, an AI SDR such as Sdrs starts at $49 a month, billed monthly.
SalesRoads pricing at a glance
Every figure below comes from SalesRoads' own website, read on October 13, 2026. The per month and per year columns are our math from the four week price (13 billing cycles a year).
| Team size | Price per 4 weeks | Cost per SDR | Per calendar month | Per year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 dedicated SDR | $11,950 | $11,950 | about $12,950 | $155,350 |
| 2 dedicated SDRs | $16,750 | $8,375 (30% less) | about $18,150 | $217,750 |
| 3 dedicated SDRs | $23,500 | $7,833 (34% less) | about $25,460 | $305,500 |
| 4 dedicated SDRs | $30,150 | $7,538 (37% less) | about $32,660 | $391,950 |
| 5 dedicated SDRs | $36,700 | $7,340 (39% less) | about $39,760 | $477,100 |
| 6 dedicated SDRs | $43,150 | $7,192 (40% less) | about $46,750 | $560,950 |
The pricing page has a slider that runs up to 12 SDRs. SalesRoads names the first three sizes Growth, Essential and Enterprise in its own cost article, and says every tier runs on the same team and tooling, scaled by headcount.
How much does SalesRoads cost per month?
SalesRoads costs about $12,950 per calendar month for one dedicated SDR. The published price is $11,950 per four weeks, and a year holds 13 four week periods, not 12 months of four weeks. Multiply $11,950 by 13 and divide by 12 and you get $12,946. Over a year the difference between the two readings is one extra invoice, or $11,950.
Always convert a four week price before you compare it with a vendor that bills by the month. A $12,000 a month agency and SalesRoads at $11,950 per four weeks look identical on a quote sheet, and the second costs about $11,350 more over twelve months. Our outsourced SDR pricing guide runs the same first-year math for CIENCE, Leadium and Belkins, and if you want the prospecting work without a per-SDR fee, Sdrs sells outsourced SDR services as software from $49 a month.
Why you see three different SalesRoads prices
If you have searched for this already, you have probably seen $6,950, $9,500, $9,950 and $11,950, all attributed to SalesRoads. Here is where each one comes from.
- $11,950 per four weeks. The current base price on the SalesRoads pricing page and in its pricing FAQ, for one dedicated SDR plus the support team.
- $6,950 and $9,500 per four weeks. The SalesRoads appointment setting page still shows a Fractional SDR program starting at $6,950 and a Full SDR program starting at $9,500. The same page's FAQ says high quality appointment setting services start around $12,000 a month.
- $9,950. An earlier single SDR starting price that some review sites and directories still list.
The practical takeaway: budget on $11,950 per four weeks for a dedicated rep, and ask on the first call whether the fractional program is still sold and what it includes. A fractional SDR splits time across clients, which is why it was priced lower.
What the price includes
SalesRoads sells a staffed outbound program, not a seat or a tool. Per its pricing page, every program includes:
- A dedicated SDR who is not shared across accounts. SalesRoads says its reps average 14 years of sales experience.
- A support team of a Client Strategist, an SDR Performance Coach, an Optimization Specialist and a Research and Data team.
- Prospect data. 500 researched records per SDR per month, matched to your ideal customer profile.
- A demand generation playbook with personas, call scripts, objection handling, email cadences and qualification criteria.
- Outbound calling and email prospecting, with multiple warmed sending domains and mailboxes.
- CRM integration and a live dashboard showing dials, conversations, appointments set, show rates and pipeline created.
Two programs are optional and scoped separately: inbound appointment setting and account reactivation. SalesRoads does not publish prices for either.
Contract terms and ramp time
SalesRoads states that programs run with no long-term commitment and that you can cancel at any time. That is more flexible than most agencies in this price range, many of which ask for a three to six month minimum.
Two details matter for your budget. First, SalesRoads says a program launches in 15 business days from kickoff, with calling starting on the 16th business day. Those three weeks are spent on the playbook, CRM setup, the prospect list and rep training, so the first four week invoice buys roughly one week of live calling. Second, SalesRoads recommends completing what it calls a 12 week go-to-market lab before judging results. Three billing cycles at $11,950 is $35,850. Treat that as the realistic cost of a fair test, even though the contract lets you leave earlier.
Before you sign any retainer, put the agreement, the notice period and the renewal date somewhere you will see them. Teams that manage several vendors often use contract management software for exactly this, so a cancel-anytime clause does not turn into six months of unreviewed invoices.
What a SalesRoads appointment costs
SalesRoads does not publish a guaranteed number of appointments, and results depend on your market, offer and deal size. You can still frame the decision with simple math. The table uses the calendar month cost of one SDR and illustrative meeting counts, not SalesRoads data.
| Held meetings a month (illustrative) | Monthly cost, 1 SDR | Cost per held meeting |
|---|---|---|
| 6 | about $12,950 | about $2,160 |
| 10 | about $12,950 | about $1,295 |
| 15 | about $12,950 | about $865 |
| 20 | about $12,950 | about $650 |
Whether $865 or $2,160 a meeting is expensive depends on what a customer is worth. If your average contract is $60,000 a year and one in six meetings closes, a $1,295 meeting costs you about $7,800 per customer, which is easy to justify. If your average contract is $6,000, the same meeting does not pay back. Our appointment setting services cost guide runs the same math for other providers.
SalesRoads vs an in-house SDR vs Sdrs
These are the three ways to get the same work done. Each one wins for a different kind of company.
| SalesRoads | In-house SDR | Sdrs AI SDR | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | $11,950 per 4 weeks for 1 SDR, about $155,350 a year | $110,000 to $160,000 a year fully loaded (SalesHive estimate) | $49, $149 or $499 a month |
| Commitment | None stated, cancel anytime; 12 weeks recommended | Employment, plus recruiting and ramp | Monthly, cancel anytime |
| Time to first outreach | 16th business day after kickoff | Weeks to months | Same day |
| Main channel | Live phone calls plus email | Whatever the rep is good at | Email on every plan, LinkedIn and X on Plus, AI calls on Pro |
| Who does the work | A US-based rep with coaches and a strategist | Your employee, managed by you | Software you brief and approve |
| Management time | Low, weekly review | High | Low, you approve sequences |
| Best for | Large deals where a skilled human caller changes the outcome | Companies building a permanent sales team | Companies that know their buyer and want meetings without a retainer |
When SalesRoads is worth the price
SalesRoads is worth $11,950 per four weeks when three things are true. Your average deal is large, usually $40,000 a year or more, so a meeting that costs $1,000 or more still pays back. Your buyers pick up the phone and respond to an experienced caller, which is common in manufacturing, healthcare, government and other industries SalesRoads lists. And you want a managed team with coaching and reporting, not another tool to run.
It also compares well against hiring. One dedicated SalesRoads SDR costs about the same as a fully loaded in-house rep, and the price includes the manager, the data, the tech stack and the playbook that you would otherwise pay for on top of salary.
When it is the wrong fit
The same price is hard to justify in four situations:
- Your deals are small. At $5,000 to $15,000 a year per customer, meeting cost eats the margin.
- You need pipeline in the next two weeks. SalesRoads says so itself. Calling starts on business day 16.
- Your budget is under $10,000 a month. The quote form asks for expected monthly investment, and the published base price sits above that line.
- Your buyers answer email and LinkedIn. If the first meeting can be booked in writing, you are paying for phone skill you may not need.
In those cases, software covers the booking work. Sdrs finds prospects in a B2B database, writes and sends the sequences, answers replies and books meetings. Starter is $49 a month for email outreach, Plus is $149 with LinkedIn and X, and Pro is $499 with an AI voice agent. See how it handles the booking step on the AI appointment setter page, or compare other agencies in our outsourced SDR companies breakdown. Teams that were about to hire a remote rep can also look at a virtual SDR on a monthly plan.
Questions to ask on the SalesRoads call
- Is the fractional SDR program still available, and at what price?
- What notice do you need to cancel, and is the current four week cycle refundable?
- How do you define a qualified appointment, and what happens with no-shows?
- How many held meetings do clients in my industry and deal size typically see by week 12?
- Do I keep the prospect list, recordings and playbook if I leave?
- What do inbound appointment setting and account reactivation add to the bill?
